Look, it is the Teen Wolves as middle-aged men!
May 6th, 2024 under Jason Bateman, Michael J Fox. [ Comments: none ]

In the mid-’80s, we were introduced to Teen Wolf and Teen Wolf Too. However, we never saw the two Wolves together.

That was then. This weekend, Greg Wyshynski, Senior NHL Writer at ESPN, noticed that Michael J. Fox and Jason Bateman were sitting together at the NY Rangers playoff game. And Bateman is looking more like Werewolf now, than he did in the 1987 film.

While their characters never met, the two of them have been friends for decades. That is because they share a sister. Jason and Justine Bateman are biological siblings, and she played Fox’s sister on Family Ties for most of the ’80s. So that makes them brothers. Right?

Now that we have seen them together, I want Teen Wolf Three! Since the Wolves were cousins, that means it is hereditary. So the sequel could be with their sons starting to turn into Wolves for the first time.

Two years ago, The Neighborhood introduced us to Calvin’s (Cedric the Entertainer) brother Curtis, who was played by Tracy Morgan.

Today, Paramount+ announced that Tracy Mogan is getting a spinoff of The Neighborhood on the streaming service. However, this time, he will be playing Calvin’s cousin Crutch.

The series centers on its titular character, Francois “Frank” Crutchfield—or “Crutch” to those who know him well—a Harlem widower whose empty nest plans are put on hold after his millennial son and free-spirited daughter move back home.

“I’m excited to be expanding our ‘The Neighborhood’ universe, by producing a show with the legendary comedian Tracy Morgan,” said Cedric The Entertainer. “This new character is the close cousin to my character Calvin Butler and you will enjoy some of their many similarities. Morgan plays Crutch a ‘say-it-like-it-is’ widowed father who is challenged when his two adult children and grandchildren need to move back home, and let’s say there will be several comedic complications.”

“Crutch will be navigating the ups and downs of having his kids and grandkids back under one roof, and you know if I am doing this, there will be plenty of laughs along the way,” said Tracy Morgan. “I am so happy to be able to do this with my brother Cedric The Entertainer, Owen Smith and the rest of the amazing crew we have put together. Get ready for your new favorite show!”

Crutch begins filming later this year.

When CBS announced that this season of Young Sheldon would be its last, we were sad.

But then they gave us something to look forward to. They revealed that Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik would reprise their roles as Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler.

Today, the network shared a first look at the two from the series finale, which airs on May 16th. And it is obvious that this episode is going to be bittersweet.

At least it will not be the last time that we will see the Coopers. Sheldon’s big brother is getting a spinoff next season, Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage, with Montana Jordan and Emily Osment.

David Corenswet suits up as Superman

When James Gunn took over the DC Universe, he announced that his first film is going to be Superman.

In June, he announced that David Corenswet will be playing the title role. And production finally began in February.

All of those updates are great, but all we want to know is what Superman’s suit will look like. Today, we found out when DC’s Evil Genius shared this photo!

I just wish he was doing something more exciting than putting on his boots. I know it is not about that. It is about the thing in the background. But I am all about the costume.

Do you think the Man of Steel looks super?

Superman comes out on July 11, 2025.

Ghosts’ Devan Chandler Long is a father!
May 6th, 2024 under Ghosts. [ Comments: none ]

There has to be something in the water on the set of Ghosts. That is because three of the actors have become/will become parents in a year.

Sheila Carrasco was the first to give birth. She welcomed her daughter, Miri, on November 28th, which is why Flower was missing from the beginning of the season.

Next up is Devan Chandler Long. The actor and his wife, Jesse Golden, welcomed their first son, Beøwulf, together in mid-April. Golden is also the mother to Kaleo, 19.

Long might play the tough Viking, Thor, on the CBS sitcom, but in real life, he is a big old softie, as we can see in the video that Golden shared.

The couple married in 2020 and have been trying to expand their family since. And now they have a beautiful baby boy who is being showered with love by his family.

Finally, Rose McIver is expecting her first child with her husband, George Byrne, any day now.

Who will be next? If they don’t want to be parents any time soon, they better double up on protection.
