A Degrassi High fan’s wet dream!
April 12th, 2018 under Degrassi, Wet dream. [ Comments: none ]

Before there was the Degrassi you know today on Netflix, there was one the parents of the fans of the reboot used to watch. It was originally called Degrassi Junior High and its follow-up Degrassi High.

People who were fans of the original still love it just as much today as they did then, None more than the Canadians where the show is shot. About a year ago, Pat Mastroianni aka Joey Jeremiah (the one with the hat) started reuniting cast members at conventions. Recently, he started a Degrassi Tour, bringing the show to theaters around the country.

They will have another day in June, and they created a poster for it. One that looks familiar to fans of both Degrassis because it is a parody of Stranger Things. Instead of those kids, we get to see Spike, Snake, BLT, Wheels and the others together again like we knew them back then. Such an amazing poster, I want to blow it up and hang it up on my wall. The only thing that is missing is the twins. Where are they?

Plus, now that Toronto is warming up, I am so tempted to fly up there for the bus reunion tour. When it comes to who will be there, they will be announcing that in the coming weeks. Sadly, Neil Hope, who played Wheels (He is in the center with glasses), will not be there. He passed away in 2007.

Mastroianni, who posted the photo, hinted to Netflix that they should revive the series. I completely agree with him. Why the streaming service is not showing the original is beyond me. If they did, I bet they would do a revival. Those Degrassis were the best! I wished my high school life was like that and it never was. They had it all, sex, drugs and rock’n’roll!

UPDATE: Pat Mastroianni just sent me the second poster and this one includes the twins (Maureen and Angela Deiseach) and Lucy (Anais Granofsky). This poster makes me wish even more that someone would bring back their show. Degrassi was our sex ed, say no to drugs and you will have friends until the end, teacher. We would watch it over the weekend and talk about it when we went back to school on Monday. It was our show and not our parents, Now, it could be our show and not or kids! Everybody wants something and this is I want.

A ’70s girl’s wet dream!
March 26th, 2018 under 70s, KISS, Star Wars, Wet dream. [ Comments: none ]

Back in the ’70s, all a girl wanted was Gene Simmons’ tongue to KISS her and Mark Hamill’s lightsaber to, well you know! But yet that was only a dream, and they never saw the two of them together.

Now 40 years later, the two sex idols met up at Sirius radio and all of those are girls are dreaming having a three-way with them and Rock and Roll All Night. The only Star Wars in the bedroom that night is who would go first! And they Luke Skywalker is the Joker.

A wet dream for fans of ’80s Nighttime Soaps!
January 3rd, 2018 under Donna Mills, Joan Collins, Wet dream. [ Comments: 1 ]

Back in the ’80s, Dynasty and Knots Landing were two of the biggest shows on television, but yet never the two should meet. That was until 2018 when finally Alexis Carrington Colby and Abby Cunningham Ewing Sumner Fairgate were brought together by a common love. Donna Mills and Joan Collins both share a love for stylist Rene Horsch.

You know what seeing them together, makes you wonder why a network has not brought all the greats from Dynasty, Knots Landing and Dallas together for one epic Nighttime Soap. Could you imagine the ratings?

A classic sitcom fan’s wet dream!
November 13th, 2017 under 60s, 70s, Barbara Eden, Loni Anderson, Wet dream. [ Comments: none ]

When you were growing up, did you dream of hanging with Jeanie in her bottle? Did you want to work at a radio station like WKRP, just so you could know someone like Jennifer? Did you wish your mother was as rockin’ as Shirley Partridge? We all did! Let’s be real.

Here are the three sitcom Goddesses hanging out recently and Loni Anderson, Barbara Eden and Shirley Jones all look phenomenal. They could easily do a sitcom together and it would be a huge hit. Who wouldn’t want to see these funny beauties back on our TVs every week? Especially because they have not aged a day since their shows ended. Which technically they haven’t because they still all air in syndication.

Seriously, don’t they all look sweller than swell and hotter than Hell!

An ’80s girl’s wet dream, Bryan Adams and Bruce Springsteen!
October 2nd, 2017 under Bruce Springsteen, Bryan Adams, Wet dream. [ Comments: none ]

Back on the ’80s, two of the biggest rockers were Bryan Adams and Bruce Springsteen. Now 30 years later, the two of them performed at the Invictus Games in Toronto. Before they went on stage together to sing the Canadian’s hit Cuts Like a Knife, they practiced it backstage.

Thankfully, someone got their camera out and phonecorded it for all us of to enjoy their raw voices harmonizing as one. Their duet does anything but cut like a knife, although you can feel it in your soul.

BTW they might be old enough to live in a retirement community, but there are still a lot of women who would like to be dancing in the dark with them in bedroom! Me being one them. Seriously, they get better with age!
