Fox is tricking us with an Halloween treat tonight!
October 7th, 2012 under Halloween, The Simpsons. [ Comments: none ]

Even though it is the first week of October, Fox is celebrating Halloween tonight with Animation Domination starting at 7:30p with the return of The Cleveland Show. When Cleveland and his friends go to a neighboring town to watch Stoolbend play their football rivals an accident has them trapped there doing anything they can to get home. Will they be able to make it home in their disguises or will this be the end of The Cleveland Show? BTW Roberta and Junior have some of the best costumes I have ever seen on televsion and Donna gets arrested over hers!
Then at 8p The Simpsons celebrates it its 23rd, yes 23rd, Treehouse of Horrors. Tonight they take on the Mayan Calendar, a black hole, Paranormal Activity and Back to the Future. Even though the special is over two decades old, it is still as fresh when it was Maggie’s age. How old is show now anyways?
Then at 8:30p Bob’s Burgers goes Trick or Treating in an upscale neighborhood. At 9p Family Guy takes on the scariest thing in broadcast TV…Nielsen Ratings.
Then at 9:30p Fox ends the evening with the Smiths going on a killer vacation on American Dad. Stan is asked to work, Roger meets the perfect man, Steve makes a friend who has the smart accent of Hugh Grant the movie actor, but is stupid like Hugh Grant the person; and finally Hayley and Jeff are having problems in bed. Maybe it would’ve been better if they stayed home, but how would that be fun for us!

Marc Cherry’s disrepectful and disgusting Halloween display of The Golden Girls
November 16th, 2011 under Betty White, Halloween. [ Comments: 1 ]

(photo from Keck’s Exclusive)

When Marc Cherry first started with Desperate Housewives, I was a fan of his because he started out on The Golden Girls. As the years have gone by, I have lost respect for him but not as much as I have now for something he did off of Wisteria Lane. The show creator made a Halloween display with all 4 Goldens Girls sitting at the kitchen table, but why I am so disgusted is that Blanche, Rose, Sophia and Dorothy were all made out of skeletons. Yes three of the 4 talented actresses are no longer with us, but Betty White is still alive and kicking so that makes that scenario disrespectful and disgusting to me. Seriously how f*cking rude was it for him to put a display like that on his front lawn. Not only for fans of the show, but the four women he has praised in the past. What is he trying to say? Is he saying that all 4 women were dead to him? That he never liked them? What? I am sure if Bea Arthur, Estelle Getty and Rue MacClanahan were alive today, they would be extremely hurt by it and not find what he did funny.
And what is he going to do next year, recreate the Desperate Housewives on his lawn and have them all be dead too?
The last thing I will say about the sick display, is hopefully his career will make like it after DH ends this season and be dead. I mean what other show has he successfully created since DH started? Right, none!

My favorite costumes worn by celebrities this Halloween!
October 31st, 2011 under Halloween, NBC, The CW, Zachary Levi. [ Comments: none ]

Every Halloween Bloggers like me love to see what celebrities will go as and this year I have two favorites. My first pick goes to The Vampire Diaries’ Candice Accola and Zach Roerig who costar Nina Dobrev Tweeted, “Candice as “Toddlers in Tiara’s” and Zach as her creepy stage dad! Brilliant!!!!!!!” Brilliant is right and also a lot of fun.
But as creative as their costumes were another Zach one upped them, Chuck’s Zachary Levi and 4 friends recreated 5 characters from one of our favorite movies Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. They dressed up as Ferris Bueller, Cameron Frye, Sloane Peterson, Jeanie Bueller and “The Drug Addict at the Police Station” aka Charlie Sheen’s character and they totally nailed them!
BTW talking about Charlie Sheen, I would pay Ashton Kutcher to dress up as him today. Oh wait he already does that every Monday at 9p on CBS’s Two and a Half Men!

You better stock up on candy for Halloween or else…
October 26th, 2011 under Halloween, Jimmy Kimmel. [ Comments: none ]

The young Trick or Treaters are speaking and they want candy and only candy for Halloween, and you better give them that or else…
The kids have used all of last year’s pennies that they collected on the holiday and made a PSA warning us what will happen if they get change instead of candy this year. Let’s just say after I saw the commercial on Jimmy Kimmel Live, I took all of those pennies I was going to give them, to the store and bought a bag of candy for those little people who will be knocking on my door Monday night.

It’s Halloween on American Horror Story tonight!
October 26th, 2011 under American Horror Story, Halloween. [ Comments: 2 ]

Halloween is day where the dead can walk freely among us and they definitely will do so tonight at 10p on FX’s American Horror Story. On tonight’s episode we will learn about the last couple who died in “The Murder House” And sadly not everyone who is alive will be so in the next episode…
Tonight’s episode of the suspenseful FX show is the scariest one yet, it so scary that I recommend you watch it with the lights on. I know mine are staying on until November 1st!!!
