Celebrity IOU is returning to HGTV on June 21st, and it is going to be another star-studded season. Several celebrities are going to join Drew and Johnathan Scott to renovate the home of someone they care about.

The celebs appearing on the show this season are Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West and Kendall Jenner, LeAnne Rhimes, Kevin Hart, Gwyneth Paltrow, Darren Criss, Josh Groban, Ali Wong, and Howie Mandel.

“Drew and I continue to be humbled by how many of these huge celebrities entrust us to be a part of their personal acts of kindness,” said Jonathan. “They can’t wait to roll up their sleeves and make these new spaces a reality as quickly as possible. The projects—and the fun—just keep getting bigger.”

“Each new story of thanks and appreciation makes such a huge impression on us,” said Drew. “That’s the magic of Celebrity IOU. We all want to give back to the people we love, and seeing others do just that brings out all the good emotions.”

Most people are going to tune for the emotions. Not me. I am going to watch it to see them suffer as they try to use tools to renovate the houses.

Do you remember when Lindsay Lohan used to be an actress before she lived as an out-of-control diva? That was a long time ago. Well, the former child star is ready to get back in front of the camera, and Netflix said come to us.

“Lindsay Lohan will star in a new romantic comedy about a newly engaged and spoiled hotel heiress who finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter after getting total amnesia in a skiing accident,” the streaming site tweeted.

According to Variety, this is going to be a holiday movie. However, it won’t be ready this year because it does not start filming until November. Bah humbug.

I can’t wait to see this film because it is so Lohan.

Back in the ’80s, Andrew McCarthy was a member of the Brat Pack because he starred in Pretty In Pink and St. Elmo’s Fire. Those were just two of the many films he made in that decade that we are still talking about.

In those movies, the unlikely sex symbol had a lot of kissing scenes. Something he didn’t always feel comfortable with, something he details in his memoir Brat: An ’80s Story that is out now.

In order to convince us to read his book (like we need convincing), he has been reading excerpts from the book about his life on Facebook. Over the weekend, he narrated what happened during his sex scene with Ally Sheedy in St. Elmo’s Fire.

At that moment, McCarthy finally confesses his love for Sheedy, and director Joel Schumaker wanted it done a certain way. “Joel instructed us to make love in ferocious passion on the coffin that served as a coffee table in the living area on the set,” McCarthy read. The two actors thought they were giving him what he wanted, but it was not enough. That caused the director to yell at them, “MORE F*CKING!”

Because of the pandemic, Evil’s production was delayed. The supernatural procedural got delayed for so long that CBS decided to hold it. Now, after over a year of waiting for the second season, it finally has a premiere date on Paramount+. We will get to see what happens next, starting on June 20th.

While the trailer does not tell us that much, I am already having nightmares about it.

If you have not seen the Robert and Michelle King Sci-Fi drama, then I would binge it tonight. It was the sleeper hit of last year, even though it would cause you not to sleep.
