There is only one thing that could get *NYSNC together again. Not money. Not the fans. But Taylor Swift.
Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Justin Timberlake reunited at the VMAs yesterday to present Taylor Swift with the award for Best Pop. And she loved every second of sharing the stage with the five men whose dolls she had growing up.
And like us, she wondered. “Are you doing something? What’s gonna happen now?… They’re going to do something! And I need to know what it is.” We also need to know.
But as of now, they aren’t saying anything.
Do you want them to do something, or do you think it is time they all said, “Bye! Bye! Bye!”
If you are on TikTok, then you have seen Lance Bass tell his husband bad jokes. Well, now he is expanding with his boys, AJ McLean, Nick Lachey, and Joey Fatone.
Bass found a video of a man about to do a serve in volleyball, and he calls out, “Backstreet Boys. 98 Degrees. *NSYNC. One Direction.”
Then, the video cuts to the four of them getting hit by the ball. McLean asks, “What was that?” And Fatone tells him, “That was One Direction.”
I miss the days when they were cool Rockers and not cheesy dads. I think.
Before Lance Bass was out and proud, he dated Danielle Fishel. She was on a TGIF show called Boy Meets World, and she met the boy when he was in a band. And they were *NSYNC with one another, so she gave him her number.
Well, he didn’t know what to do if he got her voicemail, so he asked his bandmate, Justin Timberlake, to help him. And then they spent the next hour writing the perfect message for her.
It was so on point that not only did Timberlake bring the sexy back, he got the girl to call his friend back.
And now Bass and Fishel are best friends. So what happened to that other guy? I heard he is writing music. And Bass is taking credit for that.
We know that Lance Bass can sing and dance, and now we know if he can do comedy.
When Christina Kartchner asked people to do a duet with her and tell her their best joke, Lance Bass jumped at the offer. The *NSYNC singer was so excited to share not one, not two, but three of his best jokes with her.
Is he the next great comedian of our time? Let’s just say if he was at a comedy club and we were in the audience, we would be telling him, “Bye! Bye! Bye!”
On a positive note, at least he still has his Boy band…
