James Corden went for a drive with the Jonas Brothers on The Late Late Show tonight and he decided he wanted to help them stay together with some therapy. Although, is a lie detector test therapy? And will the truth split them up again?
It started off easy enough when Joe truthfully admitted that Kevin gets on his nerves the most? Then Kevin admitted he was over all of Nick’s weddings to Priyanka Chopra. Turns out that Nick was done with them too, especially when he saw the bill.
Not only is Nick now in trouble with his wife, but he also got in trouble with his brothers when he lied about not being a better singer than them. Granted Joe is probably in trouble with both of the Mrs. Jonases because he did not tell the truth when he said that they did not get on his nerves.
Next up, Nick admitted he is the one that broke up the band, but Kevin was not truthful when he said he did not want to punch his younger brother for doing it.
We also found out who was the first brother to take off the purity ring. Who do you think it is? Of course, it was the oldest one. No surprise there, is there?
Now, we know more about them and they know more about each other too. Hopefully, not enough to call off the eventual reunion tour that they need to go on to pay for all of Nick’s weddings. Heck, they will be touring until they are in wheelchairs to pay for those many many many nuptials.
Before Barbara Eden had a job that only a Jeannie could make happen, she had another one that every girl in Hollywood wished they could have. How stunning was the 25-year-old in that 1957 episode of I Love Lucy?
Yesterday, when Eden was on Live with Kelly and Ryan, she told them how Lucille Ball was really nice to the green actress. In fact, she reveals that the legend wanted to give her contract, but Fox offered her one before the redhead had a chance. I wonder who would have played Jeannie had Eden turned down Fox?
Superstore is finally back with new episodes tonight at 8p on NBC, and they have been stocking up the laughs.
The episode starts off with Amy (America Ferrera) and Cheyenne (Nichole Bloom) going to Cloud 9 Academy to see if they can become managers. Amy is overzealous and very intense about the class, and that causes a problem between the two friends. It gets so bad, it might cost Amy her dream of becoming a manager. Well, not as much of a dream, but a necessity for the new mom.
Talking about new moms, Dina (Lauren Ash) has not seen the baby she gave birth to since that day. When Glen (Mark McKinney) brings her into work, he asks Dina to look after her. Dina thinks she does not have feelings for the baby she was a surrogate to but turns out she does. In fact, she builds a safe place for the two of them in the store and it winds up becoming a makeshift nursery for the shoppers’ kids. Now she and Garrett (Colton Dunn), the two people who should not be around kids, are surrounded by them. Will the children be safe?
Finally, Mateo (Nico Santos) is applying for asylum so he can stay in the country. Jonah (Ben Feldman) asks him what is his reason for applying and he does not have one. Therefore, they have to come up with something, so they decide he should be part of a controversial group. What do they come up with and how will they get their co-workers to sign up.
Like I said they have been stocking up on the humor and we just need to sit back and laugh.
To me, YouTube Premium’s Cobra Kai is the best new show of last year, so I was curious if they would be able to recreate the magic for the second season. Unlike Karate Kid 2, I think they will not only be able to match it but they will even exceed it.
I say that because once I saw that Daniel-sun (Ralph Macchio) is teaching karate classes for free in the trailer, I was like, oh sh!t. I knew that was going to piss off Johnny (Billy Zabka). Which means their rivalry will continue on, 35 years after it began.
If you are not familiar with the YouTube Original series, it is the follow up to Karate Kid, but this time we see things through Johnny Lawrence’s eyes. Now the bad guy is the good one and Daniel LaRusso is the bully. How freaking awesome is that?
If you missed the first season, I highly recommend watching it ASAP, 55 million people can’t be wrong, can we? I would even tell strangers to watch it because that is how much I love it. Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg and Josh Heald created a true masterpiece that everyone can enjoy, so go enjoy it.
Before you go watch it for the first time or the 34th, mark down April 24th on your calendars because that is when John Kreese (Martin Kove) comes back to rattle things up at Cobra Kai. The bad a$$ show got even more bad a$$!
A few weeks ago, Salma Hayek revealed that she had a few grey strands. Today, the 52-year-old posted a photo with much more salt than pepper, so has she officially gone grey?
Not yet, but you will see her like that in the movie That Hummingbird Project that comes out on March 15th.
If and when she does go grey, we know she will be just as beautiful. Nothing could ever make any less. Not even a unibrow!
