The first part of Cobra Kai’s final season dropped today, and we got to see who made it to Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate in Barcelona, Spain. We also found out who left Daniel Russo (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence’s (Billy Zabka) newly formed Miyagi-Fang.

So, when will we see who is going to win the world title at the Karate Championship? Netflix originally planned that for November 28th. However, they moved it up 13 days to November 15th! This way, we don’t have to wait as long to see what happens next. And I can’t wait!

Who needs coffee when you have the trailer for Cobra Kai S6
July 1st, 2024 under Billy Zabka, Netflix, Ralph Macchio. [ Comments: none ]

It is a Monday when there is a vacation day in the middle of the week. So I am freaking tired. I need coffee and lots of it.

Or so I thought. After watching the trailer for the first part of Cobra Kai’s final season, I am wide awake. It is a pure adrenalin rush!

With Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley, our senseis and students must decide if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate.

Part 1 debuts on July 18, Part 2 comes out on November 28, and we have to wait until 2025 for the final episodes.

I don’t want Cobra Kai to end. Hopefully, we have to wait 34 years for the next sequel to The Karate Kid. I don’t know if Ralph Macchio and Billy Zabka can wait that long.

Cobra Kai’s final season will air in three parts
May 2nd, 2024 under Billy Zabka, Ralph Macchio. [ Comments: none ]

Cobra Kai is coming back for another season on July 18th. But sadly, it is the Karate Kid sequel’s final one, so Netflix is going all out for the series.

The final 15 episodes will air in three parts: Part I debuts in July, Part II starts streaming on November 28, and the finale airs in 2025.

Picking up with Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley, our senseis and students must decide if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate.

I don’t want this show to end, but I am happy it is going out in style.

Cobra Kai is back for one more epic fight
January 20th, 2023 under Billy Zabka, Netflix, Ralph Macchio. [ Comments: none ]

Cobra Kai was a sequel that was 30 years in the making. And great things came to the fans who waited. The series started its epic ride on YouTube and will end it on Netflix with its upcoming 6th season.

While this journey for Daniel (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny (Billy Zabka) is coming to an end, I don’t think this is the last time we will see the Karate Kids.

Cobra Kai’s 5th season is going to premiere on September 9th, and today we got the first full trailer. After watching it, I need a nap. And if I am feeling that way after a less than three-minute preview, how am I going to feel after watching the whole season?

Especially since it looks exciting. What can we expect? Following the shocking results of the All Valley Tournament, Season 5 finds Terry Silver expanding the Cobra Kai empire and trying to make his “No Mercy” style of karate the only game in town. With Kreese behind bars and Johnny Lawrence setting karate aside to focus on repairing the damage he’s caused, Daniel LaRusso must call on an old friend for help.

That and a lot of fighting!

I am going to rest up over the next few weeks so that I can binge it all in one day. Then I will sleep until Halloween.
