Did you forget that Jem and the Holograms came out this weekend? Don’t worry so did almost everyone else because the movie had the Worst Opening Weekend for a major studio release in over 2,000 theaters and fourth overall in the category.
How low did it go? According to Box Office Mojo, it made a whopping $1,320,000 even though it played in 2,413 theaters. That is an average of just $547 per theater. Ouch!
Not that I am complaining because that is what they get for destroying the classic cartoon and making it into a piece of sh!t film that has nothing to do with the original concept. So we had the last laugh. Ha ha!
Jem wasn’t the only movie that bombed this weekend. Bill Murray’s Rock the Kasbah opened up to just $1,509,816 in 2012 theaters, averaging $750 per theater. Ouch.
All of this news made Zac Efron a very happy man this weekend, because his movie We Are Friends bumped up two spots to 6th Worst Opening Movie and 3rd Worst Opener for a Very Wide Release. So it wasn’t all bad.
In a few weeks, all of these box office numbers will mean absolutely nothing because all we will be talking about is all the records that Star Wars: The Force Awakens breaks.
Coco is 32 weeks pregnant and for most of her pregnancy, she didn’t show. That has all changed because her belly finally popped. As big as it is, it is still smaller than her butt. Which I am sure is OK with Ice-T and her!
via Ron Funches Undateable is the first sitcom in over 20 years to go live for a full season, and that should be enough of a reason to get you to watch. But there are many more reasons to check out this highlarious show. It is the funniest and most relatable comedy on television today is another reason. What about the fact that they are using social media to interact with their fans 7 days a week? In fact, they are taking interacting with us so seriously, that they actually have a cell phone you can call to speak to someone from that show. That’s right, if you dial (313) 525-2014, someone from the show will pick up.
Still not sure if you want to want to watch this show every Friday at 8p on NBC after all of that, what about how sexy David Fynn looks wearing just the phone number to call. That is actually more than he normally wears on the show. Tuning in now, aren’t you?
My daughter begged me to dress up as Punky and then asked me to roll the camera. No idea what team she is talking about. lol. She wants to be the next Punky 🙂
Soleil Moon Frye‘s daughter wanted to dress up as her mom’s most famous role and Jagger looks just like her when she played Punky Brewster. The 7 year old knows she truly is her mother’s mini-me. So much so, she wants reboot the show and play the lead character. I am all for it, I can see Punky Brewster being a huge hit today, couldn’t you?

Tonight at 8:30p on ABC, Dr Ken (Ken Jeong) is the MC at a banquet honoring Dr Kevin O’Connell (Will Yun Lee). His wife dated a doctor with the same, so what are the chances it is the same person. Just like tomorrow and the day after that will be sunny in LA, 100%.
Dr Ken always thought that Dr O’Connell was Irish because of his name, so he wasn’t threatened by him. That is until he meets him and finds out he was adopted. Not only is he Korean, but he is an 15 on scale of 1-10. Everyone at the office is in love with him because he’s perfect.
Dr Ken decides to surprise Allison (Suzy Nakamura) by bringing home her former lover. Let’s just their kids, Molly (Krista Marie Yu) and Dave (Albert Tsai), are more impressed by him. Yet, that doesn’t stop Dr Ken from being mad at his wife for not telling him about how hunky her ex is.
So much so, he decides to Roast his rival at the banquet. Will it all backfire on Dr Ken or who are we kidding of course it goes horribly wrong. How wrong? You just have to tune in for another hilarious episode because it is just what the doctor ordered you to do!
