Scott Stapp lead singer of Creed was arrested in Boca Raton, Fl over on Sunday for alleged assault according to the Palm Beach Post. No one was injured and his wife said, "It's just a rough time." The charge of assault does not mean that there was physical contact, but instead verbal threats. Stapp is beig held without bail.
The reason why I posted this story is because of the smiling mug shot, what is up with that?

Hundreds of people at the Network, the production company and the incredibly-talented creative team worked very hard to build and serve the community for this show — both on-air and online. I would rather they bring the show back then just try to give us one night of closure. And I bet you that Kid Nation, the show that got Jericho's time slot, will be the first one canceled. I still can't express in type how p!ssed I am that CBS canceled this show. It was slow moving show that made you ponder the scenario, and that is what I liked the show. Not everything has to move in rapid speed like the CSIs and Law & Orders. Dang you CBS.

I’m pissed as all *&$..!! How dare they! Lets keep it real. The judges should have kept it tight and reviewed the film the same way they did for the etiquette segment. My character as defamed! This was obvious and clear bias. I was crucified – hung on an emotional cross! At a minimum, Monique should have said, Schatar if I am wrong about this, I will offer you an opening act on tour with me, the way I offered Goldie to go on tour with me and implied assistance to Krazy about her CD. They should have brought me back that same night after they reviewed the tapes and kicked out the two girls responsible for the bold faced lies. The audience would have woken up to a surprise next episode when I say “I’m back!” Write your networks! Tell the networks you want to see me starring in my OWN SERIES on and any network they want to see me on VH1, FOX, NICKELODEON, OXYGEN, MTV, TELEMUNDO, BET, UNIVISION, ABC, A&E, NBC, CBS, CW, TV ONE, LIFETIME, BRAVO, SHOWTIME, E! and HBO. DO IT NOW!, because I speak for YOU!! FOR REAL!!!
To say that she hasn't deserved to be eliminated before toinight would be a lie. She has done some really messed up stuff on the show, but before now she has won all the challenges keeping her in the competition. In tonight's episode she lost the challenge with her partner Dara and that is part of the reason why she is out. What she is talking about is that Larissa and Shay hid a picture of Leilene's mother under Schatar's mattress and let her take the blame for stealing it. Although she tried to defend herself to Mo'nique no one believed her because of the time she stole dresses from two of the other contestants. She is right they should've looked at the tape, but let's be real her time was up a while ago. I will miss her though.
OMG! This episode is amazing. All the clips that have come out do not it justice. They spend half the show dealing with Screech being the jerk he is. Screech got into a fight with everyone in the episode including all the contestants, ANT and the three Judges. He was mad he lost the challenge, he was mad that Maureen McCormick got mad that he ate a donut, he got mad when the Judges were mad he gained 5 pounds, he got mad when they called him a porn star basically he just got mad with everything and everyone. While he will probably watch this episode and think it is funny, I think the rest of us will watch this episode and think how sad he is.
By the end of his rant during the weigh in only one contest Ross the intern remained in the room. Cledus was the first one out, followed closely behind by Tiffany and Kimberly Locke and then the rest followed quickly behind them. In fact he made fun of retarded people while Maureen McCormick was in the room and he knows her brother is mentally challenged. That is way messed. He also joked that Kimberly Locke needed one of the dildos made in the image of his peepee which was insulting to her for obvious reasons. He just doesn’t care who is offends, but hates to be offended. He also challenged both ANT and Harvey to physical combats, but weeks ago threatened to walk off the show when Cledus threatened to kick his a$$. He needs to get over himself, but I doubt he ever will.
Although tonight’s episode ends with the big blow out between Harvey and him, next week’s is where we find out what happens. And it was reported earlier that he was banned from weigh ins, so I hope that happens next week because I am sick of watching him.
