The Strike Force was not strong with Jimmy Kimmel; he has COVID

Strike Force Five/Twitter

Jimmy Kimmel was supposed to join his fellow late night talk show and Strike Five Force hosts Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert on Saturday in Las Vegas to do a live performance to raise money for the striking actors and writers.

However, he was struck with something that is preventing him from going. “Well, Las Vegas, I got Covid, and sadly, we need to cancel this weekend’s Strike Force Three show,” Kimmel wrote. “I could never live with myself if I got my hometown friends sick. Thanks to all who purchased tickets, everyone will get full refunds and we will try to reschedule if possible.”

Hopefully, he will be better soon. And that by the time they reschedule, the strikes will be over!

Jimmy Kimmel tried to get a vasectomy this summer
September 15th, 2023 under Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, Stephen Colbert. [ Comments: none ]

The late night hosts had the summer off because of the strikes and decided to try new things.

Jimmy Kimmel revealed on the Strike Force Five podcast with Seth Meyers, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, and John Oliver that he tried to get a vasectomy this summer.

What happened? Did he have a sitcom moment where he runs out of the doctor’s office in fright?

Nope. He went in, he shaved, he was ready, but the doctor wasn’t. You see, the first visit is just a consultation.

But the story gets better. He gets into the Uber, and his driver hears that he is going to get snipped. So he tells Kimmel that he should try semen retention instead.

Wait, the driver also told him that he manifested that Kimmel would be in his car, and it happened.

That sounds like 5-star treatment to me!

James Corden is visited by the Ghosts of Late Night Past and Present
April 28th, 2023 under David Letterman, James Corden, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, Stephen Colbert, Trevor Noah. [ Comments: none ]

James Corden said goodbye to late night television yesterday. But before he signed off from The Late Late Show, he was visited by the Ghosts of Late Night Present: Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Fallon in his bedroom.

They instructed him that he cannot share the late night secrets with the world. But, they also showed him a glimpse of his future, thanks to the Ghost of Late Night Past, David Letterman.

And if that was not enough, we got a glimpse of what his life will be like in six months. And he is not going to be alone because Trevor Noah got visited by the same Ghosts.

This was a brilliant idea, and I am happy they all agreed to do it. But I have one question, where was Conan O’Brien???

Can Metallica actually be Masters of Puppets?
April 13th, 2023 under Jimmy Kimmel, Metallica. [ Comments: none ]

Ever since 1986, Metallica has called themselves Master of Puppets. But are they?

Jimmy Kimmel Live wanted to find out, so he sent them to the Bob Baker Marionette Theater to find out.

They got a quick lesson, and then the Heavy Metal band performed for some kids.

How did they do? I hate Metallica, but this bit made me almost like them!

This was near perfection. The only thing missing was Stranger Things’ Joseph Quinn

Paul Rudd sent Jeremy Renner a Cameo
April 11th, 2023 under Jeremy Renner, Jimmy Kimmel, Paul Rudd. [ Comments: none ]

Jeremy Renner was in a near-fatal accident with his snowplow on New Year’s Day. So several celebrities sent him get well wishes. However, the best one came from Paul Rudd, who sent his friend Jerry a personalized Cameo, even though Ant-Man is not on there.

Yesterday when the recuperating actor was on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he shared the video with us.

To anyone who has seen Cameos, you know how spot-on this is. And that is what makes it even funnier.

I didn’t watch the full interview because I read a headline that grossed me out. But if you want to see it, then click here!
