A Munsters flash mob!
October 26th, 2016 under COZI TV, Flash Mobs, Halloween. [ Comments: none ]

This weekend Cozi TV is going to air a marathon of The Munsters starting at 1p in honor of Halloween, so they came up with a flashy way to promote it. They had 52 people take part in a flash mob at Times Squares with two of the people dressed up as Herman and Lily Munster. Not only that, they even danced to the iconic theme song.
If the #MunsterStomp doesn’t want make you want to watch the most normal unnormal family to ever grace out TV sets, then I don’t know what will do it. Well it is also the perfect show for this holiday weekend.

The Norwegian Navy has Uptown Funk!
March 7th, 2016 under Flash Mobs. [ Comments: none ]

via The Guardian
It was graduation time for Norway’s Royal Naval School in Stavanger and before they held the passing out ceremony, the cadets orchestrated a Flash Mob to Uptown Funk. I never thought of it before now, but military officers are the ideal people to do one because they are so used to working in formation.
So how did they do? The Village People would want to recruit them to join them on stage when they sing In the Navy. That is what their anthem is all about, right?
Not only would the Disco group love them, so will Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson when they see the brilliant routine they came up with for their chart topper!
I know I am giving them a 21 gun salute.

Sean Hayes didn’t let us down with this dance number!

Sean Hayes is guest hosting a few episodes of The Late Late Show this week, and he started it off yesterday with a flash mob that didn’t disappoint.
He came out skipping to OK Go’s I Won’t Let You Down, and then he went into the audience and started dancing with a woman. The two of them made their way back to the stage and slowly it filled up with other dancers who were busting a move with him.
By the end of the song, even the audience was dancing along with them. How could they not because that whole thing was pure joy.
Too bad CBS already hired that guy to do the gig permanently because I think Sean Hayes would be a great host. He is so likeable and talented, and that is a big requirement for the job. Would you watch him 5 nights a week during the very late late part of it?
Not sure? Then check him tonight on CBS at 12:35a to see if Jack McFarland has all the right stuff for the job.

These NBA flash mobs are a slam dunk!
May 26th, 2014 under Flash Mobs, Sports figures. [ Comments: none ]

Basketball fans in 5 different cities showed their support to their NBA teams by taking part in flash mobs. When it comes to who did it better NYC, Miami, Indianapolis, Oklahoma City and San Antonio, I say they were all equally as good. I hope the other teams take part in a flash mob. Where are the Los Angeles Clipper fans? Skip that!

Courteney Cox rear ends Matthew Perry!
January 14th, 2014 under Bill Lawrence, Courteney Cox, Flash Mobs, Matthew Perry. [ Comments: none ]

Monica and Chandler aka Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry are reunited on her show Cougar Town tonight at 10p on TBS and I’m high on believin’ that you’ll be in love with it.
Jules (Cox) hasn’t been paying the bills (you have to watch to see the funny reason why) and one of the big ones she missed is the one for her car insurance. Since she is so late, the company has cancelled it. This will make things really bad for her when crashes into Sam’s (Perry) very expensive car. When he notices that there is no ring on her finger (again you have to see why), he asks her out. She says yes, hoping to get out of paying for the damage to his car. Her plan works. It just works a little too well and he winds up proposing to her with one of the greatest flash mobs ever! How will she get out of it? And does she really want to? Let me tell you, I am huge fan of Matthew Perry’s and I love him so much after this amazing episode. So it if were up to me, I dump Grayson (Josh Hopkins) to be with Sam the billionaire. The flash mob is that freaking amazing.
They are only one part of the episode, Ellie (Christa Miller) is doing everything she can to prove that Laurie (Busy Philipps) has a told a lie. It seems like no matter how hard she tries, she just can’t do it. Will she be able to find anything out on Jelly Bean?
Finally, Tampa, Fl. is experiencing some freezing cold weather. So cold, there is a whole 10% chance it will snow there. Bobby (Brian Van Holt) is like a little boy about it and is anticipating the white stuff like, well, a little boy. Will Tampa actually see some snow?
You will just have to tune in tonight for one of the best episodes of Cougar Town and there are been several great episodes in this sitcom’s run on both ABC and now TBS!
