The Surviving Jack cast has a problem surviving some scenes!
April 17th, 2014 under Bill Lawrence, Bloopers. [ Comments: none ]

While most shows wait until the DVD to share their Gag Reels, Surviving Jack’s Executive Producer, Bill Lawrence, posted a few of their Bloopers on YouTube today. If you think the Fox sitcom is funny enough when they get the scenes right, imagine how hysterical it is when they don’t.
And if you never seen the show, then you should definitely check it out tonight at 9:30p on Fox. Watching Chris Meloni play the tough dad of two teens who surprises us by how caring can be, is great way to spend your Thursday nights. If you have seen the show, then let’s see how he tortures his son, Frankie (Connor Buckley), this week. You know you will be laughing when he does, and at the rest of the episode too.

Will Brody choose the top floor or the Ground Floor tonight?
January 16th, 2014 under Bill Lawrence. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 10p on the season finale of TBS’s Ground Floor, Brody (Skylar Astin) has a decision to make. Will he is stay in San Fransisco to be with, Jenny (Briga Heelan), the woman he just told that he loves, or will he take Mr Mansfield (John C. McGinley) up on his offer to run the brand new Hong Kong office? It is a tough decision to make and it’s made even tougher when both Jenny and Mr Mansfield tell him that they love him. By the end of the episode he will make his decision as he runs through the airport. Will he choose Jenny, who’s waiting at the gate going to Paris or Mr Mansfield at the one going to Hong Kong? You will just have to tune in to find out!
Oh and remember last week in the first part of this two parter, Threepeat (Rene Gube), found himself homeless after he told his landlord to suck it when he thought he got the job in Hong Kong? Well he moves in with Harvard (Rory Scovel) tonight who lives in the FuHo district. What is FuHo, you ask? Another great reason to tune in.
And you want to make you watch until the very last second for the show’s biggest reveal yet…
Ground Floor has proven to be a great addition to the TBS Very Funny lineup and I really hope that the network picks up this show for a second season. Well that and the cliffhanger that makes you want more, more, more because…I’ve already said too much.

Courteney Cox rear ends Matthew Perry!
January 14th, 2014 under Bill Lawrence, Courteney Cox, Flash Mobs, Matthew Perry. [ Comments: none ]

Monica and Chandler aka Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry are reunited on her show Cougar Town tonight at 10p on TBS and I’m high on believin’ that you’ll be in love with it.
Jules (Cox) hasn’t been paying the bills (you have to watch to see the funny reason why) and one of the big ones she missed is the one for her car insurance. Since she is so late, the company has cancelled it. This will make things really bad for her when crashes into Sam’s (Perry) very expensive car. When he notices that there is no ring on her finger (again you have to see why), he asks her out. She says yes, hoping to get out of paying for the damage to his car. Her plan works. It just works a little too well and he winds up proposing to her with one of the greatest flash mobs ever! How will she get out of it? And does she really want to? Let me tell you, I am huge fan of Matthew Perry’s and I love him so much after this amazing episode. So it if were up to me, I dump Grayson (Josh Hopkins) to be with Sam the billionaire. The flash mob is that freaking amazing.
They are only one part of the episode, Ellie (Christa Miller) is doing everything she can to prove that Laurie (Busy Philipps) has a told a lie. It seems like no matter how hard she tries, she just can’t do it. Will she be able to find anything out on Jelly Bean?
Finally, Tampa, Fl. is experiencing some freezing cold weather. So cold, there is a whole 10% chance it will snow there. Bobby (Brian Van Holt) is like a little boy about it and is anticipating the white stuff like, well, a little boy. Will Tampa actually see some snow?
You will just have to tune in tonight for one of the best episodes of Cougar Town and there are been several great episodes in this sitcom’s run on both ABC and now TBS!

January 7th, 2014 under Bill Lawrence, CBS. [ Comments: none ]

Josh Holloway is back on TV tonight at 9p in CBS’s Intelligence and you will want to get lost on this show. Gabriel Vaughn (Holloway) has a chip implanted his brain that makes him a walking computer. He is America’s most prized possession and Riley Neal (Meghan Ory) is brought on to protect him. Neal was working for the President and she’s the best Secret Service person out there. She thinks protecting the President is the most important job in the country, but he thinks protecting Vaughn is even more important. So now she is protecting the humanputer, who is more human than computer. Which means he still lets emotions control him, like finding out what happened to his CIA wife, who disappeared 5 years ago and is believed to have changed sides. He won’t give up searching for her, and because of that he puts his life in danger. He also risks his life when he uses his knowledge to stop the bad guys. Each week Neal and him will use his computer brain to keep the world safe. So tune in for the exciting show that moves to Mondays at 10p after tonight’s debut.

Then at 10p, grab a bottle of wine and change the dial over to TBS because Cougar Town is back for its 5th season tonight. In the premiere episode, Jules (Courteney Cox) walks in on her son, Travis (Dan Byrd) and Laurie (Busy Phillips) having sex in the shower and the three of them will never be the same. How will this effect their dynamic.
Bobby (Brian Van Holt) has come into a lot of money, thanks to PennyCan being an international hit, and Grayson (Josh Hopkins) wants some of the money he owes him back. No matter how many hints Grayson drops, Bobby doesn’t get it. Will Jules second husband ever get the money back from her first one?
Finally, Andy (Ian Gomez) has been letting his toddler son, Stan, watch A Nightmare on Elm Street, and now the little terror is terrified. How will Andy correct his error? You have to see it to believe it!
So tune in for a sitcom that gets funnier with age!

Ground Floor is pitch perfect tonight!
December 26th, 2013 under Bill Lawrence. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 10p, TBS gives us a little Christmas present the day afterwards with a Pitch Perfect reunion on Ground Floor!
Remington Trust gets some good news and some bad news tonight. The good news is that they made Forbes Top 100 list, the bad news is it is for Forbes 100 Worst Places for a Woman to Work. Remington Stewart Mansfield (John C. McGinley) quickly realizes the reason why he is on the list is that there’s no women who work there. To remedy the problem, he hires Heather (Anna Camp) to work for him.
Heather used to date Brody (Skylar Astin) when they went to Harvard together and that is going to cause some problems for Jenny (Briga Heelan) and him. Jenny, at first, is open to letting her into their lives, but then quickly she becomes jealous when Heather winds up singing more songs with Brody at Karoake night.
Which woman will Brody wind up with his current or his ex-girlfriend? You will just have to tune in to watch; and to hear the three of them sing three songs together (including Britney Spears’ Hit Me Baby One More Time) in this very funny episode of Ground Floor on TBS at 10p!
