On May 19, 2017, Katy Mixon and her fiance’ Breaux Greer welcomed their first child together, a boy named Kingston Saint. Then on May 16, 2018, 362 days later, they welcomed their second child together, a girl named Elektra Saint. According to People, she came into the world weighing 8 lbs., 12 oz. and measured 22 inches long.
Here is a little fun fact, Mixon has been pregnant the whole time (minus the pilot) she has filmed her sitcom American Housewife. In fact, Elektra was born the same day as the show’s second season finale. I would not be surprised if she found herself with child again in a few months. I mean would it be a season of the ABC program without her being with child? So they better get working on it as soon as it physically possible.
BTW I so love the name Elektra. She is bound to be cool because how can you not be with a name like that?
As we know, ABC picked up Roseanne for another season, but they did not tell us how many episodes there will be. Laurie Metcalf was on Watch What Happens Live the other night and she told Andy Cohen that there will be 13 new episodes in the fall.
Long before the show got a revival, some guy named George Clooney was her love interest on the show. A caller wanted to know what was the best and worst parts about working with the Oscar winner. She said the best part was playing are they or aren’t they. What was the worst part? Not the kissing, but him disappearing after season 1.
Kelsey Grammer was on Conan O’Brien’s talk show the other night and he told him a remarkable story about his first audition.
Back in 1975, the 20-year-old got kicked out of Julliard, but voice teacher, Edith Skinner, saw something special in him, Therefore, she got him in touch with an agent.
Grammer went over to meet Mort Schwartz, who then sent him out to meet with some guy named Lucas who was doing a movie about outer space. He took the address and walked over to meet this Lucas guy. That was when the director said he was doing a “fairytale in space” about two men who rescue a princess. Lucas felt he might be too old for the younger guy and just a tad bit too young to star as the older guy. Although, maybe he could get away with playing a John Wayne type character. Finally, Lucas told him he would think about it. Well, I guess he never gave him another thought because that was the last time the actor ever heard from him.
Two years later, Grammer goes to the movies to see something called Star Wars and he realized what an opportunity he missed out on. Granted, nearly a decade later he got his big break and he spent the next two decades playing Fraser Crane. I guess you can say it worked out OK for him.
Plus, he has a great first audition story because how many people can say they auditioned to play Han Solo?
BTW While I don’t think that Grammer would have made the best Han Solo, I think that Harrison Ford would have been awesome Fraser Crane. What do you think if the roles were reversed?

James Corden went for a drive with Adam Levine and they had the need, the need for speed. Before they each did a lap on a speedway, they sang some songs together, like all the other Carpool Karaokes, and The Voice coach demonstrated his special talent. He can balance things on his face. With that ability, I am surprised he has two daughters. You would think his wife would take advantage of that!
Levine did not reveal much else, but did you know that before the band was known as Maroon 5, they were thinking of going by Car Flowers? Thankfully, they changed their minds because if they went by that name who would Blake Shelton be having a bromance with because it definitely would not have been Levine. They never would have made it with that name. Would you buy their music?
Now back to need for speed, who knew an SUV could go that fast? But the bigger shock is that the CBS late night host smoked the Rocker. Even Levine had to hide his face in shame over that.
Ellen DeGeneres has BTS on the show today and now I know why there was in a ringing in my ears yesterday. All of those girls screeching like that created a loud hiss in the air that traveled a mile from her studio to where I work.
Anyways, after she interviewed the band, she had someone jump out of the table and scare all 7 of them. Since Arem was the closest, he was the most scared. Poor J-Hope was sitting on the wrong part of the couch because he fell off of it. Which literally had him rolling on the floor laughing his a$$ off. But the best part is because they learned English from Friends, all they could do was go all Joey Tribbiani and say wow over and over again. Wow!
