Before Eric Braeden was one of the most loved people in Genoa City on The Young & The Restless, he was the most hated person at the WJM newsroom on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. He seriously has not aged a day since that 1977 episode when he was just 35 years old.
That episode was on MeTV over the weekend and I watched it today. I am sure I have seen it before, I just do not remember doing so. Can I tell you, I think it was even better than the Chuckles the Clown episode. The ending is the best! Translation, it is worth the watch.
It is Ryan Seacrest’s first Halloween at Live with Kelly and Ryan, and it was a Freaky Friday one. As in Kelly Ripa dressed as her new co-host and he dressed as her. You know what, he makes a pretty woman. Much more handsome than he she looks like as a man. What do you think?
As we know that Ellen DeGeneres really enjoys scaring people. In these two compilation videos you can see how much. Whether it is hiding someone in a small box or a big one and having them pop out, having someone come up quietly behind someone else and screaming at them or having a person hide behind a mirror, she gets a huge chuckle out their fright. And let’s be honest, so do we! It is always fun watching someone get a scare…as long as it is not us!
Today is Halloween and there are plenty of things to be scared about, but there was one fright no one expected. Wendy Williams started off her show dressed as the Statue of Liberty, but then something suddenly went wrong. As she was explaining what the episode was about, she seemed out of breath, made a weird face, stumbled backwards, grabbed her head and fell to the floor.
Leaving the both the audience at the studio and at home, worried about the talk show host as they went to a commercial break. When they came back, she was back at her desk. She told her viewers, “That was not a stunt. I overheated in my costume. I did pass out. But you know what, I’m a champ and I’m back.”
Thankfully, she is OK because that was downright scary. I do hope though that she goes to a doctor and gets checked to make sure everything is OK. But she should change first into something a little more cooler.
UPDATE: The Wendy Williams Show released this statement, “Wendy is feeling much better. She overheated because of her heavy costume, makeup and lights. She was able to finish the show in true Wendy spirit. Thank you for your well wishes.
If you thought that Pennywise was scary in It, he ain’t got nothing on a 6′8″ basketball player dressed as the murdering clown. LeBron James is the King of Halloween with the creepy smile that will haunt our nightmares until next Halloween. This look is scarier on him, then when he left Cleveland for Miami. Too soon?
