Celebrities have been arrested for some of the dumbest things, and I think that LL Cool J was jailed for the dumbest reason of all. Back in 1987, when he was rapper and not an actor, he was arrested for Public Lewdness in Columbus, Ga. What was he doing? While singing his song I Need Love, he made love to a couch on stage. Yep, you read that right.
Yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he went into detail about the arrest. He talked about it as the big joke that it is. I mean, who knew, dry humping a couch was illegal. If Scott Baio knew that was the case, then he probably would’ve had better aim when he lost his “virginity” to Erin Moran.

David Letterman is retiring from late night television some time next year, and it appears that he is already looking for his next job. Yesterday on The Late Show he used his time to audition for The Young & The Restless because the CBS late night host heard they were hiring. So how did he do? The CBS soap opera Tweeted this today, “YOU’RE HIRED, DAVE!”
I think he is going to be great as Nikki and Victor’s secret teenage daughter!

Ellen DeGeneres’ guest DJ tWitch is going to star in Magic Mike XXL and for the role he needs to be waxed from head to toe. Ellen being the person that she is, didn’t want him to go through that pain alone. To help him through it, she brought in a professional waxer to wax him.
You’re thinking that is so nice of her. Well, don’t be so fast to think that because she made him strip down in front of the cameras and made his hair removal part of her show.
So we got to watch as his hair was painlessly pulled from his body one by one by one. Personally I thought that was a lot of fun to watch. I especially love when he starts doing Lamaze breathing to deal with the pain. I hope his wife, Allison Holker, gives him a lot crap for that.
BTW am I the only who is bummed they didn’t show his face when he got the boys waxed? I am sure he forgot how to breathe, in any form of the way, while that was happening.
Dame Angelina Jolie was awarded the Insignia of an Honorary Dame Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of St Michael and St George by Queen Elizabeth today. She was given the honor for her work against rape in war zones and services to UK foreign policy.
According to Daily Mail, her husband Brad Pitt and their six kids were also there but were not photographed.
Who would’ve thought that the woman who kissed kissed her brother at the Oscars and wore her then husband’s blood around her neck would be given such an honor by the Queen of England, but she was. You know what, she deserves it. She uses her position for good and say what you want about her, but that is extremely honorable. You have to respect her for the positive work that she does. Just like Her Royal Majesty did by making her a Dame.
