Meat Loaf went under the knife today for knee surgery and he won’t be running like a Bat Out of Hell for a few weeks. His people posted this message and the picture on Facebook:
Thank you everyone for the thoughts, prayers and love you’ve been sending for Meats surgery today. Here’s the final pic before we sent him under the knife! He’ll be checking out for 2 weeks whilst he starts the recovery process but we’ll endeavor to step into his facebook shoes and keep you updated on his progress and all other happenings.
We know he loves and appreciates his fans and is incredibly thankful to have such an overwhelming amount of support and good will for his recovery!

Hopefully he will be back to his old self before we know it. Because I will tell you, he puts on one of hell a show and I don’t want anything to come between him and him doing that.
Before Grace Park wasn’t afraid of anything on Hawaii Five-0, she was rightfully scared of something on Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction. She looks the same now as she did when she was 22 in that 1997 episode.
The first trailer is out for Now You See Me and it looks magical. I know we have seen this type of film before, but this one has a different twist to it and that’s why I want to see it when it comes out on January 18th! Plus who doesn’t want to see Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg reunited on the big screen. It’s not Zombieland 2, but you don’t have to eat brains to know that it will be a smart movie that people will enjoy.
Ever since Hostess announced that they were going out of business people have been hoarding boxes of Twinkies. But some people have been buying the boxes and selling them on eBay. Most people are selling them for close to normal prices, but then there are some who are selling them for millions of dollars. Granted most of the ones who are asking for 7 digits say they will donate the money to charity, but still that is a lot of dough for a box of pastries that really isn’t that good. I could understand it a little bit more if it were Ring Dings, but I always thought that Twinkies were overrated.
BTW I wonder if the prices will drop now that it looks like the Bakers Union and Hostess are willing to work out a deal to get the company operational again.
Betty White is 90 years young and Larry King turned 79 today, but yet that didn’t stop the two of them from opening a lemonade stand outside his Beverly Hills home. The two TV legends were selling it for a $1 a cup and shockingly they only made $6 whole bucks. So why did they do it? No, King is not going through some financial hard times since he is no longer working at CNN. It was something that he thought would be fun for them to do while she was a guest on his Ora TV talk show and you know what he was right! I love that Miss White is such a shrewd business lady, no wonder she is still working nonstop at her age with no end in sight!
BTW I am sure that was the sweetest lemonade that anyone has ever had because anything the Golden Girl touches turns out to be as sweet as sugar like her!
