A ’70s kid’s wet dream, it’s Mindy Cohn and Eve Plumb! |
October 25th, 2021 under The Brady Bunch, The Facts of Life, Wet dream. [ Comments: none ]

Back in the early ’70s, kids loved Eve Plumb as Jan Brady on The Brady Bunch. Then at the end of it, we got to know Mindy Cohn on The Facts of Life. However, their two characters were never to meet.
But in real life, the two actresses met and are now friends who are “falling on the streets.” Who else besides me wants to fall on the streets with them?
Now, can we talk about how great Plumb, 63, and Cohn, 55, look for the ages? So much so, I am wondering what it would’ve been like if one of the Brady girls went to Eastland Academy? Jo would’ve given them a lesson that even Mike and Carol Brady would not be able to handle.

An ’80s wet dream: Tiffany and Debbie Gibson |
April 5th, 2021 under Debbie Gibson/ Tiffany, Wet dream. [ Comments: 2 ]

Back in the ’80s, boys couldn’t decide if they wanted to be alone with Tiffany or if they were hoping that Debbie Gibson wouldn’t only be in their dreams. What they wanted the most was to have the two of them together. Something that could’ve been so beautiful didn’t happen.
That is because they were rumored to be enemies. Something they proved was false when they played enemies in 2011’s Mega Piranha vs. Gatoroid.
That was 10 years ago; today, they are showing us that they are really friends who hang out when they are in the same. This weekend Tiffany was in Vegas, so out of the blue, she decided to see her old friend Gibson.
What we got is this totally awesome photo of the two teen pop idols. I hope some concert promoter sees this and is like, I have to put the two of them on the same bill and have them tour malls and clubs together. I would pay to see them share the stage, and I am sure I am not alone. Especially since they still as look as good as they did in their Electric Youth.

An ’80s music fan’s wet dream: a-ha and Rick Astley! |

Back in the ’80s, everyone was watching the music video for a-ha’s Take On Me, and singing Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up. However, the pop artists never met.
Well, now a-ha and Australia are getting RickRolled because both of them touring a land down under together. What a bill!
BTW Morten Harket is still as sexy now as he was when his life was all black and white.
What I would give to hear The Sun Always Shines On T.V. live. Maybe they will continue to be Together Forever or as long as it takes to them to play LA together. I would pay to see their tour.

Do you still want to party like it is 1999? Then you can do it at the Last Summer On Earth tour with Barenaked Ladies, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Gin Blossoms. The two-month tour begins in Florida on June 3rd and ends in Toronto on July 23rd. Don’t be all Hey Jealously about me, but I am willing to Walk On the Ocean to see this concert. Although, you might want to ask me in One Week if I feel the same way.

A classic sitcom fan’s wet dream! |
January 13th, 2020 under 60s, 70s, 80s, Lydia Cornell, Wet dream. [ Comments: none ]

If you are a fan of classic sitcoms, then you recognize all of these faces. In the late ’60s, we got to know Erin Murphy as Tabitha Stephens on Bewitched. Then in the mid-’70s, we were all saying, “Whatcha talking about Willis,” to Todd Bridges on Diff’rent Strokes. Finally, in 1980, Lydia Cornell was making TV sexier on Too Close for Comfort. Even though their shows have been in syndication forever, they never did one together.
So what brought the three of them together now? They were all celebrating Keith Coogan’s 50th birthday. Doesn’t it feel like all of this would be a perfect start for a new sitcom? It could be about child stars trying to get a second chance in Hollywood.
