Zac Efron was on The Late Late Show yesterday and James Corden asked him about being in the upcoming movie Baywatch with The Rock. When Sir Ben Kingsley said he wanted to be in it as a drowning man, Efron tested out his lifeguard skills on him to see if he could save him.
Does seeing him in action save the film for you or do you wish it would eaten by a shark? I am rooting for the sharks and not the one that Bill Hader was playing.
Craig Robinson is a wizard with the piano and yesterday on The Late Late Show, James Corden and him worked their magic with some classic kids songs. They sexed up Mary Had a Little Lamb, rocked out to For He’s a Jolly Good Fella, funked up Wheels on the Bus, got trippy with She’ll be Coming Round the Mountain and finally they brought the house down with the Itsy Bitsy Spider.
What they did was such a joy, I hope they consider releasing an album with those nursery rhymes done like that. I know I will be getting down with the updated version of Wheels on the Bus with my 20 month old niece because that is her favorite tune. It will be nice to change it up the next time she forces me to read that book to her. Not that I have a problem reading it to her.
Demi Lovato has a new album coming out, and to be honest her music career isn’t as big as some of the other female singers her age. So she got together with James Corden and delivered singing telegrams with him. They went to several places and even wound up shaving a dentist’s head for a $4,000 donation.
So you have to wonder if she needs to earn extra money? Nope, they were just having fun in a bit for The Late Late Show.
Whenever I hear James Corden talk, I wish his voice was a few octaves lower. Well yesterday on his Late Late Show, he sang a duet with Kristin Chenoweth. As soon as he belted out his first note, I was like who is that person. He has a beautiful singing voice, I just wish his speaking voice was like that too. To me it’s like nails on a chalkboard whenever he talks. Is it just me or does it bother you too?

The CBS late night host put on a cat suit and performed as her singing partner. Then with two steps forward and two steps back, they made it work purrfectly.
