Ever since Animal Control debuted, we have been used to Frank (Joel McHale) being teamed up with Shred (Michael Rowland), Amit (Ravi V. Patel) working with Victoria (Grace Palmer), and their boss Emily (Vella Lovell) staying in the office.
However, tonight at 9p, the hysterical Fox sitcom changes things up. That is because Frank throws Shred out of the van for a very good reason. But when he gets back to the office, Emily makes him go out with Amit to catch a skunk. Will their time stink together?
Do you know whose time isn’t going to stink? Victoria’s time because the hot vet (Alvina August) asks her to help her deliver a llama’s baby! Finally, Victoria gets some alone with the hot vet. Maybe she can beat Frank in their bet to see who can get her to go out with them. Will the hot vet choose her over Frank? Emily puts a wrench in her plan when she shows up unexpectantly.
The only reason why Emily had time to do that is because Shred opts to run her errand for her. When he gets there, Templeton beats him to the location, and the two men are going to have to fight over what they need. Who will win?
We win because we get to watch this show every Thursday and laugh until it hurts! Even though they changed up the work family dynamic, they still delivered an episode with a lot of heart! So, as I have been saying since the premiere, tune in for the animals and stay for a show that is equal amounts of heart and laughs!
Fox has picked up their two scripted midseason dramas, Accused and Alert: Missing Person Unit, for a second season.
“We are excited to continue our long partnership with FOX to bring more Accused and Alert to audiences around the world,” said Katherine Pope, President, Sony Pictures Television. “It’s wonderful to see these timely, poignant stories resonating with viewers, and we want to congratulate the writers, producers, cast, and crew on their success. We are incredibly proud of their collective work and look forward to seeing where these series go next!”
Accused does standalone episodes that tell the story of someone who is on trial, and we see their case play out as the events happened. Alert stars exes Scott Caan and Dania Ramirez, who work to find missing people, including their own son.
The two dramas join The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, The Great North, The Cleaning Lady, and Krapopolis on the 2023-2024 schedule.
Animal Control goes Animal House tonight at 9p on Fox! So be prepared to laugh until it hurts!
Frank (Joel McHale) and Shred (Michael Rowland) are assigned to a frat house because they have to get a cow out of their living room. You would think that Frank would be all into it, but he is mad at the college students for doing this again. However, their uptight rival, Fetterman (Gerry Dee), is all for partying with them because he is a legacy.
Now Shred is stuck in the middle, and he has other things going on. His long-distance girlfriend wants him to go visit her again, but he thinks she should come to him. So he asks Frank, who sucks at relationships, for advice. What could go wrong?
Then there are Amit (Ravi V. Patel) and Victoria (Grace Palmer), and they have to go to Church to save a raccoon from being saved. It is there that Amit learns something about his partner that he can’t handle. Even you will be shocked by what she tells him!
Finally, there is Emily, she asks them to write up their intention statements, and they didn’t do it. So she asks her predecessor Rick (Kevin Bigley), how she can get her employees to listen to her. Let’s just say they won’t mess with her again.
Since this is a sitcom, you know it is going to make you laugh. What you don’t know about it is that there is a lot of heart that comes with it too. They are a supportive family who looks out for one another. They might be dysfunctional. But what family isn’t?
So tune in for a show that will leave you feeling all warm and tingly inside, just like when you see a kitten or puppy. However, those animals are rarely on Animal Control. But they had rabbits. They were just psycho rabbits who tried to kill them. But it wasn’t the rabbits’ fault because they were on drugs! See, now you want to watch it!
The Resident has been a bubble show for most of its six-season run. However, their chances of getting another season from Fox are looking grim.
That is because Peachtree Battle Estate Sales & Liquidation in Atlanta listed this “Own a Piece of Hollywood! Major Network Medical Drama Prop & Wardrobe Liquidation” on their site. The pictures show a bunch of items from a warehouse with some boxes that have the label “The Resident” on them and another label in another photo that reads “Padma’s condo.” Padma is a character on the medical drama. Plus, the show films in Atlanta. Therefore, it sounds like the items belong to the series.
So, is it cancelled? A source told me, “No decision has yet been made one way or another.” So it looks like we are just going to have to wait until May to find out. And last year, Fox went all the way up until right before announcing their schedule to tell us the show was renewed for another season.
If you are interested in owning a part of the mystery medical show, then the sale is going live from March 22nd-March 25th.
Tonight at 9p on Fox, we find out that bunnies aren’t
always cute creatures. That is because the wascally wabbits mount an attack on the Animal Control officers, and Joel McHale will never feel the same way about Easter again.
You see, the sweet bunnies ate some special mushrooms and are now hungry for blood. So it is up to Frank (McHale), Shred (Michael Rowland), Amit (Ravi V. Patel), and Victoria (Grace Palmer) to show them who the boss is.
And Victoria shows their owner who the boss is when she confiscates all of his special mushrooms. She knows they could increase your sexual experience, so she wants them for herself. Unfortunately, someone takes them from the fridge, and now they have to find out who did it because they don’t know what they ate.
If that is not enough of a bad day for them all, Frank and Shaw must rescue a football from his beautiful 6′ albino python that has wrapped itself around his body.
And wait, there is more. Their boss, Emily (Vella Lovell), has to give a speech and is nervous about it. Can she get her confidence up before she has to deliver it?
All of that happens in one fun-filled episode.
But it isn’t only about the laughs; it is also about them becoming a work family who looks out for one another. Believe it or now, I actually love that part more than the animals, and I love love love animals.
Animal Control is the show this season needed! So it really does prove that good things come to those wait! So don’t wait to find out why I adore this series so much, so check it out tonight and every Thursday at 9p!
My cat wants me to tell you she hates this show because it has made me want to get a python of my own. What is the phone number for animal control?
And one more note: I wrote this like Palmer talks on the show. I love how she speaks.
