Eric Winter has been part of The Rookie since day one. However, he was missing from two recent events with cast members Deric Augustine, Alyssa Diaz, Nathan Fillion, Shawn Ashmore, Melissa O’Neil, Lisseth Chavez, and Mekia Cox and Richard T. Jones (who was not at DWTS): last weekend’s New York Comic Con and yesterday’s Dancing with the Stars. Therefore, fans like me are wondering if he is still part of the show.

I checked his Instagram, and he has not posted a photo from the set in four weeks. Then, on October 12th, he shared a post with behind-the-scenes photos from the season premiere and wrote, “How it started ——> how it ended. You don’t want to miss our Rookie season premiere Jan 6th!! Big shout out to our incredible make up dept for making this happen…”

In those photos, it looks like he has been kidnapped and tortured. So you have to wonder if that will be the last we see of Tim.

With most of the aging shows cutting cast members, it could make sense if they killed off one of the cops. But I can think of a lot of other characters they could cut first, like Jenna Dewan.

Do you think I am reading too much into the absence? Would you miss him if he was gone? I mean, how could they give Chenford a happy ending and then take it away like that? I don’t think the fans would be happy to see the cast go to his funeral instead of their wedding…

Having said all of that.  I should add that he has been busy promoting his rum Palm Republic.  Could that be why he has been missing from the Rookie public events?

Before Roselyn Sánchez starred in Telenovela, a show about a fake Soap Opera, she appeared on the real Soap Opera As the World Turns. How stunning was the 23-year-old in that 1996 episode?

Even though The Rookie won’t be back until next year, they are busy filming the new season.

Yesterday, Eric Winter shared a video looking sad from a patrol car and wrote, “My last time in uniform.”

So what is going on with Tim Bradford? Is he being written out of the police procedural? Is the beat cop going to become a plainclothes detective because of his relationship with Lucy Chen? Is he leaving the force?

We won’t know until ABC brings back the series. So until then, we are left guessing. What are you hoping for? Obviously, I want him to stay!

It is Christmastime, and that means it is time for families to take photos for their holiday cards. So, Eric Winter took his kids, Sebella and Dylan, to JC Penney’s for a portrait session.

The three did all the classic poses! And by the end of it, they had a photo album of pictures to enjoy and share with their loved ones, including his wife, Roselyn Sanchez!

I am sure she is so upset she was not able to be there. But at least she has the photos to enjoy!

Fox is preparing their fantasy schedule for the 2023-2024 season, and Fantasy Island is not on it.

The sequel to the 1977 series starred Roselyn Sánchez, Kiara Barnes, and John Gabriel, with Sánchez playing Mr. Roarke’s grand-niece.

Personally, since it is about me, I think they are making a mistake. It was an original show, even though it was a sequel, that was enjoyable to watch. And it was educational because each episode came with a little lesson. Just because you get what you want doesn’t mean you want it. And if you do, are you better off?

And I think it would’ve been better off and gotten a third season had Fox kept it as a summertime series instead of giving it a year and a half off and moving it to midseason. It was not an in-season show because it felt like summer.

Hopefully, a streamer will see this news and pick up the series for another season. Although, I have to admit yesterday’s episode ending felt like a perfect goodbye.
