Barack Obama was a guest on The Late Show yesterday, and Stephen Colbert called him out on a mistake he made when he was President of the United States.
Did you know that national treasure Dolly Parton does not have a Presidential Medal of Freedom? The woman, who has secretly been making lives better for decades, does not have one of those little medals that would allow her to know that America thanks her for all she does for it.
Well, that is a travesty, and Colbert called out Obama on it. “That’s a mistake. I’m shocked,” the former President said. “That was a screwup…I assumed she already got one, and that was incorrect.”
What is he going to rectify his error? He is going to call President-elect Joe Biden and tell him to give the Country legend one. Now, more than ever, she deserves it. After all, she did secretly help fund one of the COVID-19 vaccines.
Dolly Parton is the closest thing we have to a Saint in America these days, and she needs to be recognized for all that she does. I am sure the incoming president will give her this honor. That is when he can because he is going to be cleaning up a huge mess for most of his first term.
Michelle Obama is debuting a podcast tomorrow on Spotify, but I think she should do a vodcast to show off her sexy legs. Look at those gams on the 56-year-old lady. They put the lady in First Lady. I don’t know what that means either.
Seriously, I miss having a First Lady who was naturally va-va-voom. Unlike the one we have now that is made out of plastic. The current one couldn’t pose like that because she only knows how to be fake. Plus, it is hard to sit like that when you have a broomstick up your butt. That is what happens when you stop short.
It is not about her. It is about Michelle Obama, who is showing us how to be best as she chats with her husband, Barack Obama. It is going to be nice to hear them playfully talk to each other. I wonder what they will reveal in their not so secret chat. I guess we will have to tune in tomorrow to find out. I can’t wait!
George W. Bush and Michelle Obama attended the memorial service for John McCain yesterday and it went on a for a long time. Laura Bush was smart and brought along some candy with her to moisten her mouth; but the woman who replaced her did not. I guess when Mrs. Obama saw the sweetness, she asked for a piece. Mrs. Bush went into her purse, took out a piece, handed it to her husband who slyly gave it to her.
Had the cameras not caught their act, nobody would have been none the wiser. I wish I had the former president in my class when I was passing notes because he is good at being sneaky. I would have gotten in a lot less trouble when I passed notes.
When it comes to Barack Obama, am I the only who is thinking that he is thinking where is my candy?
And let’s talk about the candy. Who would have thought that a piece of candy would bring peace between the Democrats and the Republicans?
Danny DeVito recently made his Broadway debut in The Price. Not only did he get a Tony nomination for his performance, he also got some special people to see him starring it in. Louie DePalma told Seth Meyers on Late Night yesterday that Barack Obama and Malia attended one of the show’s previews. During the intermission, the actor went into the room where the former President and his daughter were sitting and offered them each a nut ball. Since Malia is allergic to nuts, the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star told the NBC host, “I gave him both balls!” No word if Obama put his nuts in his mouth.
And talking about the Twins’ star’s balls, I can’t stop picturing them bouncing as he jumps up and down naked on the mini-trampoline as he preps to go on stage. That image will forever be stuck in my head and now it is stuck in yours. Bounce, bounce, bounce. Look at those nut balls bounce.
President Barack Obama was on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and the ABC late night show asked him to read some Mean Tweets. He read several that were funny, but they saved the best for last. That is when the Commander in Chief read, “President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!” That Tweet came from Donald Trump and the leader of the Free World had the perfect response to that, “At least I will go down as a President.” With that, he dropped the phone as he should, as he should!!!
Could you imagine if Trump read all the bad Tweets that were written about him? It would take Hillary Clinton’s entire 8 years of Presidency to make a dent. Actually imagine if he read all the Mean Tweets he has Tweeted? His grandkids will have to top it because it will that long.
