Julia Louis-Dreyfus reveals she underwent surgery to fight her cancer
February 14th, 2018 under 80s, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Seinfeld, Sick Bay. [ Comments: 1 ]

Back in September, Julia Louis-Dreyfus shared with all of us that she has breast cancer. Since then she has received chemotherapy to fight it and today she announced that she had an operation. The Emmy winning actress posted the above absolutely gorgeous photo and said, “Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery. Hey cancer, ‘Fuck you!’ Here’s my first post-op photo.”

Cancer might’ve thought it could win, but she is beating the battle and will win the war. You messed with wrong person cancer because she is going to defeat your puny little a$$!

It truly is an upside down world in Perfect Stranger Things
November 7th, 2017 under 80s, Bronson Pinchot, Jimmy Kimmel, Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

Back in the ’80s everyone loved Perfect Strangers’ Cousin Larry and Balki. Now in 2017, everyone is in love with the ’80s all over again thanks to Stranger Things. Therefore, Jimmy Kimmel Live decided to mash up the two for Perfect Stranger Things!

Mark Linn-Baker and Bronson Pinchot reprised their roles and added a new roommate for Netflix’s newest sitcom. Because everything old is new again these days. Therefore, keeping the old and adding Demogorgon makes it all new. As long as the Demogorgon doesn’t take off his mask because he is much uglier without it. Yikes.

Now that we have gotten to know Perfect Stranger Things, I cannot wait Full House of Cards with Bob Saget as the lead.

Watch the Charles in Charge cast sing their theme song!
October 30th, 2017 under 80s, Nicole Eggert, Reunions. [ Comments: none ]

Back in the ’80s, everyone was singing the Charles in Charge theme song. Heck even now you can do it, just from your memory because it was so gosh darn catchy. Well what about the cast of the beloved sitcom, can they do it?

This weekend Buddy Lembeck (Willie Aames), Gwendolyn Pierce (Jennifer Runyon) and, Jamie (Nicole Eggert) and Adam Powell (Alexander Polinsky) all got together for a mini-reunion at the Chiller Theater convention in NJ. On the way there, they all sang their theme song and the actors knew each and every word from memory just like you and me. Even though they had not seen each other in years (and for one not having worked with two of them), they still were all in sync as they sang the tune that is stuck in your head now. And hearing them do it makes you feel as happy as you do whenever you hear that song on television.

I have said this before and I will say it again, why doesn’t someone reboot this show. Maybe Adam is hired to babysit Gwendolyn and Buddy’s kids. Since the latter two got married and had kids! I would watch it, wouldn’t you?

To see how happy the cast looks after they have been fed snacks and are standing up, then click here!

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is not going to let chemo get her down
October 20th, 2017 under 80s, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Seinfeld. [ Comments: none ]

Last month, Julia Louis-Dreyfus revealed that she is battling breast cancer. Yesterday she shared with us that she just completed her second round of chemotherapy and she is not going to let it ruin of her sense of humor.

Case in point she went to the treatment incognito by wearing a hoodie, oversized sunglasses and a drawn on mustache. The actress also had a song on her mind to make her time go faster and that tune is Katy Perry’s Roar. Don’t stop roaring!

One of the best natural cures for everything is laughing, so my advice to her is anytime she is feeling down to do the Elaine. That dance makes everyone happy!

Did Donna Mills hint there’s a Knots Landing reunion in the works?
October 19th, 2017 under 80s, Donna Mills, Reunions. [ Comments: 1 ]

Donna Mills shared a photo with her Knots Landing co-stars, Michelle Lee and Joan Van Ark and said, “Your favorite trio is back together! Exciting things #comingsoon 🎥⚡️.” Does that mean that there are working on a Knots Landing reunion? Or could it be something else? Things that make you go hmmmmmm.

Things that make you go “wow” is that fact that those three ladies are all in the mid-’70’s (76, 75 and 74) and they look just as they did in ’80s when they were doing that primetime Soap Opera we all loved. Scratch that, they all look even better now than they did then. Don’t you agree?
