Ben travels to Hannah on Quantum Leap. SurrealEstate has a monster under the bed
November 15th, 2023 under Quantum Leap, Syfy. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on NBC’s Quantum Leap, Ben (Raymond Lee) travels to Princeton, NJ, in 1955. He is hoping to meet his idol, Albert Einstein, who is also there at that time, but instead, he reunites with Hannah (Eliza Taylor).

That was the woman he met in the ’40s, and he suggested she reach out to a scientist he knows at Harvard. And now, she is working on a project at a different Ivy League. This one is a bomb that she and Ben will have to keep out of the hands of the Nazis that America secretly recruited at the end of World War II.

She doesn’t recognize Ben. But why would she? Because now he is a different person, literally. However, as time goes on, will she realize that the doctor in front of her is the FBI agent she met all those years ago?

Ben also gets someone different as his hologram. Who will it be for this leap?

I cannot stop praising how much better this series is this season. And I loved the first one.

Then, at 9p on Syfy’s SurrealEstate, the Roman Agency is trying to sell the house for a man who has a monster under his bed that has been torturing him ever since he was a kid. Can they save this man from the monster?

Susan is still MIA since she quit, so Luke (Tim Rozon) decides it is time to move on. He reaches out to Lomax (Elena Juatco) to see if she wants to join his team, and she says yes. So he sends her to convince a squatter to move out of her house. But the squatter has a secret. How will Lomax react to her first SurrealEstate listing?

Zooey (Savannah Basley) is also rethinking her decision to become a real estate agent after she found out how cutthroat things are during their last sale. Alright, the other agent didn’t have his throat cut, but he still got stabbed. What is she going to do?

And what are you doing not watching the best paranormal show on television?

SEAL Team has had an honorable run on CBS for four seasons and two more on Paramount+. However, today the streaming service announced that the military drama’s seventh season will be its final one.

“For six seasons, I have been fortunate and blessed to be a part of an outstanding cast and crew,” said series star and executive producer David Boreanaz. “Every day spent was a note of thanks to our men and women in the military and Special OPS. I thank our fans, and I’m proud we were able to make this show to shine light in the darkness toward so many suffering today. I look forward to season seven and the opportunity to end this series with love and gratitude.”

SEAL Time begins production next month, and the seventh season will debut in 2024.

The Santa Clauses is back for a second season on Disney+, and there is a new Santa in town. Well, actually, he is back in America while Tim Allen is still doing the job at the North Pole.

Magnus Antas (Eric Stonestreet) had the title in the Middle Ages. But he went mad. So, the Elves transformed him into a nutcracker to get rid of him. However, an accident reanimates him back to life.

And now we get to see how the hair and makeup department on the series spends 45 minutes transforming the actor into Mad Santa.

I love how they make his frost-bitten skin look so realistic.

What is, the Jeopardy contestants don’t know who Garth Brooks is.
November 15th, 2023 under Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, Jeopardy. [ Comments: none ]

My friend and I always joke that we are not Jeopardy Smart. She says she is Celebrity Jeopardy Smart, and I tell her I am Preschool Jeopardy Smart!

Anyways, there was a question of regular Jeopardy that made me feel like I was mensa. That is because, for the $800 answer for ’90s Music, the game showed a photo of a singer as Ken Jennings read, “This Country superstar’s Friends in Low Places was named CMA Single of the Year in 1991?” And would you believe none of them knew who Garth Brooks was?

How? I wasn’t even into Country music back then, and I knew who he was. I am flabbergasted that they didn’t know such a simple answer.

Oh, and Garth, don’t feel too bad about them not knowing who you are. Brandon thought that Sheryl Crow was Shania Twain.

And with this, I is Jeopardy smart!

Urkel is back for Christmas!
November 15th, 2023 under Jaleel White. [ Comments: none ]

Christmas is coming early on November 21st because Urkel is getting an animated holiday musical movie, Urkel Saves Santa: The Movie. And it has Jaleel White reprising his infamous role.

The holiday season is here, and brilliant but accident-prone super genius Steve Urkel has only one mission: to make the holidays the best they can be for everyone! However, things are off to a not so merry start after he ruins a celebration at his local shopping mall and humiliates the department store Santa. Hoping to make things right, Steve invents a device that helps people spread holiday cheer but it only manages to make things worse. Using his big brain and even bigger heart, it’s up to Steve to help the city rediscover the holiday spirit.

I was going to say we should take a hit of Purple Urkel every time he says, “Did I do that,” but it looks like it has been discontinued.

Warner Bros Home Video is releasing exclusively on digital streaming sites.
