June 20th was a normal day on the set for Danielle Fishel who was directing an episode of Raven’s Home. She had one more day to do and then she was going on maternity leave. However, her son had different plans.
All of a sudden her water broke and it was a month before he was due. She was rushed to the hospital and they tried to stop contractions. However, during the ultrasound, they noticed fluid in his lungs. That was doctors decided he needed to come out. On June 24th at 4:52a, Adler Lawrence Karp came into the world.
He was placed in NICU and that is where their little fighter has been ever since. The doctors are trying to figure out why he has fluid in his lungs before they send him home to be with his mother and father.
When it comes to her and her husband, the Boy Meets World star says that “Jensen [Karp] and I have also become closer than we ever thought possible and the love between us has grown exponentially as we have leaned on each other during both our highest highs and our lowest lows. We feel helpless and powerless and useless.”
She waited to come forward because she knows that prying eyes will be on her. She is asking for privacy because she and her husband are very fragile right now. As they should be. Their baby is in the hospital and not home with them.
When he does come home, she will be more open about him. Just like she was during her pregnancy. However, she did tell us a little about Adler. She says, “he hates having a poopy diaper for even 1 minute, he loves bath time, he has the cutest sneezes I’ve ever heard.”
The actress wants to thank everyone at the NICU and says she cannot wait to have her little boy home with her. Praying that will be sooner rather than later.
I think we can all agree that Bond 25 is cursed, very cursed. First, the movie was delayed when Danny Boyle dropped out as director over creative differences. Then production had to work around not having Craig, Daniel Craig on set because he injured his ankle. While he was healing, there were a few unexpected explosions on the set. There were also rumors they crew was upset when the new director, Cary Fukunaga, was too busy playing with his Playstation to come to set.
Now, comes one of its biggest setbacks. The most notorious Bond Girl, Grace Jones, was expected to be part of the movie. They even gave her great accommodations near where they are filming. There was just one thing they did not give her enough of and that was lines.
According to The Sun, when she saw how little her cameo was in the 25th Bond, James Bond film, “She was out of there quicker than it takes to rustle up a martini.” I guess you can say she was stirred and they were shaken. Can you blame her? She is Grace Jones. She is the Queen and they are her subjects.
What else can wrong with this movie? This is one of those times when you don’t ask that question. If you do, then something you cannot even imagine happening will happen.
Although, it sounds like the film will be dreadful. With all that has happened, there are only two ways it can go. It can go very very well or it can go very very very bad. I am rooting for the latter. Which means I might go see it when it comes out on April 3rd. If it comes out…
This weekend was The Hollywood Show and several members of the Happy Days cast reunited for the convention. There was Mrs. C, Ralph Malph, Potsie Weber, Chachi Arcola, Jenny Piccalo and Roger Phillips. Or as they go by today, Marion Ross, Donny Most, Anson Williams, Scott Baio, Cathy Silvers and show killer Ted McGinely.
Even though it has been 35 years since Happy Days ended, why can’t we get a revival? You can have it set at the turn of the century. They all look great, so why not! I am sure Henry Winkler would put on the leather jacket again to play The Fonz! I understand that not everyone can be in it, but maybe we can finally find out what happened to Chuck Cunningham.
The first trailer is out for Jumanji: The Next Level, and it might be the rare sequel that is better than the first movie.
The first movie was totally game on, and this one look like it will take it to the next level. I mean Danny DeVito as The Rock and Danny Glover as Kevin Hart is brilliant. I was wondering how they were going to top the OG, but it appears that they did. I actually laughed with the trailer, and that is something I rarely do.
I just hope those are not the best scenes. Don’t you hate when editors do that? But it is not about that. It is about going to see Jumanji 2 when it comes out this Christmas.
Yesterday, it was Five Seconds of Summer vs The Chainsmokers on Celebrity Family Feud, and the latter came up with a way to win over Steve Harvey. They all wore fake mustaches like the host’s real one. Did it work? Yes! They won the night even though both teams gave really out there answers.
In fact, one of those answers might have cost Matt McGuire a permanent spot with the band. When asked what is the first thing he wants to get when he gets up to heaven, he said, “A jar full of memories.” Which the guys from 5SOS could not help but to make fun of him. Which is mean because that answer is so sweet. So much so, I hope both bands have a single with that title on their next albums. It might not have been a winning answer, but it can be a winning tune.
You know, when I saw that two bands were going to be on the game show, I was skeptical about how good they would be? I have to tell you, it was my favorite pair up of the series so far. Better than Kanye vs the Kardashians. I think we need to get more rock bands on the show and less reality stars!
