Kaboom!!! Hollywood Game Night is finally back on NBC tonight at 9p with all-new episodes. Not only does host Jane Lynch have a new house, but there are also some new games to play.
Tonight it is American Ninja Warrior hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila and Matt Iseman joined by Superstore’s Nico Santos vs The Good Place’s D’Arcy Carden, Marc Evan Jackson and Jameela Jamil. The first game they play is Kaboom which will scare the hell out of the contestants and us. Which is why it is favorite!
The second game is a new one. Each celebrity is given a movie title while the team captain is given the photo of an actor to hold up. If that actor was in one of those movies, then they need to run over to their leader to see if they are right. For example the celebs are given The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates and Grown Ups, which movies were Chris Rock in? Now, does Whipflash make sense?
The third one has them trying to reach the buzzer in a pool of plastic balls. The next game is Sound Off where they are each given a word to say in their order, together the sound of those four words are the name of TV show. Sounds easy, but it really is not. Finally, it is time for Lend A Hand. That is where one player stands behinds another one and puts their hands between their arms. The person in the back has to get the other two players to guess what they are describing. It is really funny.
Actually all of the games are funny which is why this game show was responsible for bringing back the genre!
As you know, and are very excited for, the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 is reuniting for a Fox series starting on August. This time around the actors are playing alternate versions themselves trying to get their revival show on the air.
Now that you are caught up, Shannen Doherty posted the above photo with BH90210 co-stars, Gabrielle Carteris Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling and said, “Wait what???? Flashback photo or present day? Guess you’ll have to tune in to see….”
The photo is obviously from present day. Everyone will have their different tell that will prove that to you. For me, it was Garth whose hair is different and her age is showing. Who was your giveaway and why?
Even though it is obvious the photo is current. They all pretty much look the same as they did when the drama debuted almost 29 years ago. It truly is like they haven’t aged at all. Either that or a really good makeup department? What do you think?

Miley Cyrus was an international star because of Hannah Montana, so you would think she would want to do it forever. Maybe if she was older when she did the show, but she was teen confined to the image she portrayed. An image that was not that of the woman she was becoming.
When did she know it was time to move on? She told Elle, “I did once I was 18 because it felt ridiculous. The minute I had sex, I was kind of like, I can’t put the f*cking wig on again. It got weird. It just felt like…” I guess you can say sex set her free in more than one way.
Talking about sex, she also talked about being married to Liam Hemsworth. She said, “I think it’s very confusing to people that I’m married. But my relationship is unique. And I don’t know that I would ever publicly allow people in there because it’s so complex, and modern, and new that I don’t think we’re in a place where people would get it.”
Then she added, “I’m in a hetero relationship, but I still am very sexually attracted to women…I made a partner decision. This is the person I feel has my back the most. I definitely don’t fit into a stereotypical wife role. I don’t even like that word.”
Miley is a sexual being and it lets her be free. She played an innocent teen, but that was just a character. I know parents were mad when she shed her squeaky clean image. However, maybe they should think of her as a role model. Telling kids it is OK to be sexual. Be comfortable with who you and not care what people expect from you. At the end of the day, it is all about you and only you. You need to be happy, and she is definitely happy!
ABC announced today that they are murdering How to Get Away with Murder at the end of this season. Translation, their upcoming sixth season will be its last.
The promo promises that it will be a killer season. What can we expect from it? It “follows Professor Annalise Keating’s (Viola Davis) class through their final semester in law school – while the deception, fear and guilt binding Professor Keating to her students prove deadlier than ever.”
Why now? Series creator Pete Nowalk says, “Deciding to end this series was a brutal decision, but ultimately the story tells you what to do – as it did here. For me, Annalise Keating’s journey has always had a clear ending. Knowing I have 15 episodes left to finish her story, and the chance to give all the characters their own killer endings, is a gift rarely given to a series creator and I’m grateful to ABC and ABC Studios for the opportunity and creative freedom.” Then he added, “I can’t wait for you all to see how it ends, with twists and turns and all the craziness we love to create every Thursday night. Buckle up.”
Personally, I am surprised it lasted this long. It has never been a break out hit nor has it gotten a lot of buzz. Therefore, I think their decision is the right one.
The end of HTGAWM leaves Shonda Rhimes with just two shows on the network, Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 which was pushed back until the midseason. Stupid, depressing A Million Little Things is airing in its place.
This is not the only broadcast show having its final run this television year, it joins Empire, The Good Place, Blindspot, Modern Family, Arrow, Supernatural, Madame Secretary and Criminal Minds. That is a lot of shows and I am sure there will be more, a lot more.
Diane Keaton has dated Warren Beatty, Al Pacino and Steve Jobs, but she told In Style, “I haven’t been on a date in, I would say, 35 years. No dates.” However, it is not because she does not have enough men in her lie. She says, “I have a lot of male friends. I have a lot of friends, but no dates. No mwah-mwah.” If any of them wants to date her, they just have to ask. She is oldfashioned in that was and does not ask someone out.
While she knows her love life is bombing, does she know when her movies are doing the same? She revealed to the magazine, “I know when they’re a bomb, and I go, ‘OK, so that’s not good. And I’m not going to look at it.” She knows that after the movie has been made, but does she know that while she filming it? She explained to them, “You don’t know. It was a surprise to me that Book Club [2018] was a big hit. I didn’t expect it. I just thought, ‘Oh, well, I got a job — that’s good.’ Blah, blah, on and on. So you don’t know. You may have an opinion about it while you’re making it, but frequently you’re wrong. [laughs] That’s true with a lot of things.”
Fashion is something she does not get wrong. She told the mag who inspired her look and so much more. Like even though she has always loved wearing hats, she wears them now because it protects from her sun.
