The Emmys air on September 22nd and the fall TV season starts on the 23rd for most of the broadcast networks like CBS and NBC. The CW is not like the other nets, so they are starting 13 days after that. Which normally is fine, but I hate having to waiting even another day to find out what happens next on Dynasty. I mean, that season finale was jaw-dropping moment after jaw-dropping moment. Why are they making me wait until October 11th to find out what happens next? So rude! They should start earlier because it is all about me, me, me. Seriously, wasn’t the second season Dynasty so tantalizing? That ending truly was the cherry on top of a scandalous Golden Opulence Sundae.

In three months and a week, the fall television season begins. Get your calendars ready because NBC announced when This Is Us and the other shows will be back. While you are all about the Pearsons, I am all about the show that airs after it. Even though New Amsterdam’s cliffhanger was so not in character with the medical drama, I cannot wait to see what happens next. It remained my favorite new show of the season. This season I am starting it off with Perfect Harmony taking that title. I am a sucker for anything with music. What NBC shows are you looking forward to?

Italia Ricci and Kal Penn were the designated panelists on $100,000 Pyramid and you can say the actress got revenge on ABC for wrongfully canceling Designated Survivor last year. I guess all the cursing that she can now do with the political drama on Netflix helped her on the game show yesterday.
Her partner picked a category where she had to “Describe these things Wolverine would probably claw through if he touched them.” It started off easy when she got “shirt”, but it got really hard (pun intended) when she got “condom” at the end. That is when she gave her partner this clue, “You put it over your ^![& when you have sex.” Of course, Gabe got it immediately, and the Chasing Life star was chasing embarrassment. She could not stop apologizing and laughing so hard she had tears on her eyes. Which is why we love her so much.
Both her and Michael Strahan kept making jokes about it for the rest of her episode. The slip of the tongue did not hurt her and Gabe in the final round. They quickly got through the board and he won the $100,000 grand prize. Imagine how many condoms he can buy with all of that money! Not that Italia needs them now because she is pregnant with her first child with husband Robbie Amell.
Back to what she said. After ABC posted this clip, she had little clarification to make about their transcription. She wrote, “While I appreciate the editor trying to make me a better person in tonight’s episode, I assure you what I said there did not start with a P.” I am assuming she said Dick, what do you think she said?

What do most fathers want for Father’s Day? Besides sleep. Sex with the woman who made him someone who celebrates the holiday.
For some reason, I don’t think Jerry O’Connell will want the latter one, even though he is married to the gorgeous Rebecca Romijn. That is because she woke him wearing a one-piece bathing suit with his face all over the front of it. Now, whenever he sees her, I am sure he is picturing that image of her. It is one you cannot easily get out your head anytime soon. Which means his twins will not be getting any siblings anytime in the near future.
No word what Charlie and Dolly got him for his day. If they got him a tie, it will not block out that image of their mother wearing their father on her torso. Because even if he uses it as a blindfold, it is still etched in his memory. Although, he can use the tie for other things in the bedroom…
Don’t get me wrong I love her sweet gift. Maybe he is into seeing himself during missionary? I mean we can all think of guys like that, but I don’t think he is as vain as them.
On the vain note, I like his morning hair!

Back in 2005, Michael Chiklis’ daughter had a meltdown on Mother’s Day. It would not have been a big deal, had the paparazzi not caught that moment between the dad and his then 6-year-old daughter.
I guess things never change, because, now nearly 15 years later, this time on Father’s Day, Odessa is still having those hissy fits. As you can tell The Thing star is over them because it is not even phasing him. I guess all of those years on The Shield toughened him up to his kid’s tantrums.
Seriously though, how sweet are those moments between them. I am sure the scenario will
be reversed at her wedding.
