Tonight at 8p on The Conners, an old friend (Katey Sagal) comes to town and she eyes on Dan (John Goodman). Is he ready to move on Roseanne? How will his kids react to a woman flirting with their dad?
Meanwhile on the ABC sitcom, Harris (Emma Kenney) gets busted by the cops for underage drinking, and Becky (Lecy Goranson) is the one that is home when the police bring her home. They promise not to tell Darlene (Sara Gilbert) about it, but she finds out anyway. What happens next might put a permanent wedge between the two sisters.
Finally, who did Matthew Broderick piss off to get this role? I understand that they want to give Laurie Metcalf something to do, but this is just awful.
Then at 9p on Black-ish, it is Christmas at the Johnson household. They celebrate by going to movies. Bo (Tracee Ellis Ross) will see anything. The kids want to see the latest comic book movie. Dre (Anthony Anderson), on the other hand, wants to see the Rosa Parks biopic because he thinks his family should support African American movies.
Who do you think wins? After a long debate, Dre wins and his family loses. How will they get out of it? You have to watch the episode to see the takeaway lesson.

Ladies, how many times have you gone into your closet and found a pair of jeans you absolutely love but have not worn in ages. You go to put them on, and they do not go anywhere near your anaconda.
Well, Nicki Minaj might be climbing the charts, but her dungarees are not doing the same up her legs. Proving she is just like all of us!

Modern Family will never end? |

Even though the producers said that this season of Modern Family would be its last, Deadline is reporting that the six older cast members are about to close deals for another season. The four young adults on the show have just started negotiations for the 11th season. No word on the two minor cast members and the dog. As long as the dog is paid the most, who cares.
The news is not really surprising because the show’s creator said he was up for one more year. Although, he said that it would be a shortened one, but Deadline says that they would be doing at least 18 episodes.
Even though Modern Family’s numbers are way down, it is still the network’s second most-watched sitcom behind The Conners.
Personally, I would be fine with the show ending because it has not been good in years. It has lasted way past its expiration date.

Kathie Lee Gifford tearfully announces she is leaving Today |

It has been a very busy year for Kathie Lee Gifford. She wrote a book, did some music and starred in a movie with Craig Ferguson. Therefore, she made the difficult decision to leave Today on the 11th anniversary of Kathie Lee & Hoda to focus on other projects.
Gifford says the news is bittersweet because she loves all the people she works with. She initially signed on to do a year but will have stayed 10 more past that because she enjoyed the job so much.
Then she let a tearful Hoda Kotb know, they will be closer than ever after she leaves than they are now because that is the relationship she has with another former co-host Regis Philbin.
No word what NBC will do with the hour. Meaning will they replace her or let it go since they still have not figured out what they are going to do with the 9a hour that used to be hosted by Megan Kelly. Plus, Kotb was named the co-anchor of the first two hours. Although, they say she will still be part of the hour.
Luckily, NBC has some time to make the decision because Gifford will be with the show until April 7th.
