When I was in college, I majored in advertising and my teachers all told me not to go into it. They said I was too out there. As out there as I was/is, I never ever would have come up with the print ad that Ikea created.
They are asking pregnant women to pee on the ad. What and why? If they are truly pregnant, their pee will reveal a discount on their cribs. Now, I ask how and why did someone think that was a good idea?
Yes, we are talking about it, but is that how you want to remember their latest sale? I am so creeped out, I do not think I can eat their Sweedish Meatballs anytime soon. I will be thinking, what is their special ingredient?
On that note, I feel bad for the cashiers that have to ring up the cribs. Don’t they need to touch the ad in order to ring up the deal? Plus, how are women supposed to just pee in that area. We are not men who can write our names in the snow. Am I right?
And are you questioning if Ikea is in their right minds for actually going through with this advertisement? For the families, I get it. A discount is a discount, but still, ewwww.

When you think of Game Show Network, you do not necessarily think they would do a special documentary on Meghan Markle, future wife of Prince Harry, but it makes sense that they are doing one on the American who is set to become British Royalty in May.
Before she suited up for Suits, she was a suitcase girl on Deal or No Deal. Therefore on January 21st at 7p, GSN is going to air Meghan Markle – The Prince and the Game Show Model. The one-hour documentary will follow her modest upbringing to game show model to actress to future duchess. Her life story and path to royalty will be told by entertainment experts, family, and those who knew her. People like her stepsister Samantha Markle, friends who knew her before she was famous, the owners of the yogurt shop where she worked at as a teen and her fellow models on Deal or No Deal. Larry King will also be part of it as he compares her to Prince Harry’s mother Princess Diana. He has interviewed both ladies.
Now don’t you think it makes sense why they are doing a one-hour special on the commoner turn fiancee of an English Prince.
If that is not enough Markle for you, then you can watch a Deal or No Deal marathon of her episodes earlier that day starting at 9a.

According to Today, today when as he was visiting Royal Marsden Hospital in London, he got to see them perform pioneering robotic surgeries on patients. One of the operations he got to witness was the robot removing a tumor from a patient’s esophagus. That has to be pretty awesome to see whether you are born into royalty or not.
Yesterday on Speechless, the DiMeo kids took their parents van out for a joy ride. What do teens do when they have a car of their own for the day? They run over stuff to see what happens when it is smushed. Some of those things were ketchup and mustard and the plan was to have JJ and Dylan covered in the condiments. But for some reason the producers decided to scrap the scene only after Michah Fowler and Kyla Kenedy were covered with red and yellow stuff. How did they feel about? They wanted fries to go with all of that catsup. Who can blame them?
Now here is my plea, please watch this touching and funny comedy so that ABC doesn’t cancel it.
