Have you already gone through all of your Girl Scout cookies and need more? However, you can’t get any because their season is over.
What are you going to do? You are going to run to Krispy Kreme to get a taste of what you are missing?
The pastry giant is selling three doughnuts inspired by those cookies:
- Thin Mints® Doughnut – an Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with Thin Mints® cookie crumbles and dark chocolate chips, and drizzled with mint green icing.
- Lemon-Ups™ Doughnut – an Unglazed shell doughnut filled with Lemon Crisp Kreme™ filling, dipped in lemon-flavored icing, and finished with a bright, lemon-inspired design.
- Coconut Caramel Doughnut – an Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with coconut and caramel for a rich, sweet finish.
“Girl Scout Cookie flavors are iconic for a reason,” said Alison Holder, Chief Brand and Product Officer at Krispy Kreme. “Reimagining them as doughnuts is a fun way to bring those familiar favorites to fans in a completely new and truly irresistible way.”
I don’t know who came up with this idea, but they deserve a raise- a huge one!!!
The new flavors will be available from July 7th until July 26th.
