Emojis have taken over our phones. So much so, that some people actually text in just Emojis. How well can you speak Emoji? Find out tonight at 9p on GSN’s new game show Emogenius.
Each week, Hunter March will test two teams knowledge how well they know how to read Emoji. All for the chance to win $10,000.
The first round, each team is given a scenario where two people are texting each other and one answers in Emoji. They have a :15 seconds to guess. If they do not figure it out, the other team gets a try at it.
The second round they have to guess a clue from an Emoji. They have three chances, but lose a dollar amount with each line of new Emoji.
In the final round, one team member has to get the other one to guess a clue with the help of 14 Emojis to choose from.
The winner of third round goes on the championship round. This one is like the third one, but the partners go back and forth trying to get the other one to guess. If they guess 5 answers in :60 seconds, they go home $10,000 richer. If not, they text the other one things like 🖕 and 💩.
Emogenius is not only fun to watch, it teaches you how to understand Emoji. Let me know tell you, it is not easy as you would think. Or maybe I just suck at it. Hopefully, after a few episodes of Emogenius I will become fluent and you can too.
On May 16th, American Housewife aired its season one finale and three days later the star of the hilarious show began a new role in her life. On May 19th, Katy Mixon and her fiance’ Breaux Greer welcomed their first child together. According to People, Kingston Saint Greer came into the world weighing a whopping 9 lbs., 6 oz.
Before the sitcom began taping its first season, the actress was told by an executive producer of the ABC sitcom that if she wants to have baby, now was the time to do it. Greer and her took the EP up on that offer and celebrated the end of the season by welcoming their son.
Now it will be interesting to see how she handles the weight difference during the second season. Maybe have a second child?
Talking about the second season of American Housewife, the show moves to Wednesday nights at 9:30p when it returns in September.
They recently opened up the Museum of Ice Cream in Los Angeles and it is the hottest ticket in this town. So hot you cannot even get a ticket to it. Somehow Jimmy Kimmel Live got their hands on one and they gave it Rami Malek. The actor actually went as his alter ego Mr Robot and it is the coolest thing you will see all day. Only problem is that it was so creepy, I do not think I want to go to the museum anymore. Granted, who can say no to ice cream? I am lactose intolerant and even I cannot.
Anthony Michael Hall was on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and a caller wanted to know which movie or television has he done does he wish he could delete from his career. At first he said, “Oh, I got a bunch.” Then he settled on a movie called A Gnome Named Gnorm. After watching the trailer for the 1990 movie, I do not know what he is talking about. I think it is looks like the best film in his career, even ahead of Sixteen Candles and Weird Science.
