When Sharknado 3 ended, they asked us to vote on whether or not we wanted April to live or die. Well today, Syfy announced the casting for Sharknado 4 and her name is attached to it. What they actually said is, “Tara Reid is set to return as April Wexler to reveal the outcome of the fan-voted #AprilLives or #AprilDies social campaign.” I am happy to see her back for at least more sharktastic film.
Not only will she back to fight the sharks five years after the last movie ended, so will Ian Ziering, David Hasselhoff (I don’t know how, but he will be) and Ryan Newman. Joining them are Gary Busey (as April’s dad), Tommy Davidson, Imani Hakim, Cody Linley (April and Fin’s son), Masiela Lusha and Cheryl Tiegs (Fin’s mom).
Too bad Bo Derek will not be back as April’s mom because I want to see the world where Busey and her had sex once upon a time.
Dame Helen Mirren was on The Late Show yesterday. As soon as she walked out, she gave Stephen Colbert such a kiss on the lips that rendered him weak in the knees.
