https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOutgc-GG6g Fresh Off the Boat debuts on ABC tonight at 8:30p and 9:30p and you don’t want to miss this funny sitcom with a lot of heart!
Eddie and his parents, first generation Americans from China, are moving from Washington DC to Orlando, Fla in the 1990s. They are making the move because his dad has just opened up a Country themed restaurant in the Sunshine State. Eddie and his mom don’t want to make the move, but his two younger brothers are happy with whatever decision their parents make.
Eddie’s dad is trying to live the American Dream, and is a much more relaxed guy than his mom. His mom is tough and counts every dollar his restaurant makes. She also wants her sons to keep their Chinese traditions and that includes doing really well in school.
Eddie is Americanized and wants to be a normal kid. Which isn’t easy with him mom. Plus, he listens to hardcore rap and not that many kids in Orlando are as hip as him. That means he is having a hard time fitting in and making friends.
Just when everything seems like it is at the worst for this family after they move, they pull together and support each other.
Hudson Yang who plays Eddie is perfect in the role. You can’t help but fall in love with him and sympathize with his character as he goes through it all. Randall Park as his dad brings the right amount of innocence, business smarts and loving husband and father to the role. Constance Wu is likeable as his mom even when she is being her toughest and wait until you hear sing Karaoke.
Fresh Off the Boat is a great sitcom for you to watch with your family every Tuesday night at 8p for an hour. It’s the perfect mix of laughs and touching moments. We can all see ourselves in the Huangs and isn’t that what a family show is supposed to be like? So see for yourself how much they are like you tonight at 8:30p and 9:30p!
Thomas Lennon is so excited that his hotel room has a television screen in his bathroom mirror that he decided to take a Selfie with it. Only thing is Felix Unger was completely naked, but luckily for him the monitor covered up his Odd Couple. Actually, I am upset about it and someone needs to call Reno 911 because he looks so hot, it should be a crime. Who knew he had all of that under his clothes?
It makes me even more excited for The Odd Couple that debuts February 19th on CBS. I’ve seen the pilot and Tony Randall would be praise him because the new Felix does the old one proud.
BTW when you watch the episode, you will see why his body is as toned as it is. He shows off his Yoga skills and he is very advanced. Namaste.
The first trailer is out for Magic Mike XXL and it looks more like it should be the sequels for Flashdance and Footloose (the original one, not that unwatchable remake that stars the overrated Juliane Hough).
Will I go to see it on July 1st? Hell no. I will wait until other people see it and tell me is all about strippers and not some dude trying to make it with a woman who doesn’t want him.
Seriously, how boring was Magic Mike? I went to see it because I was looking forward to the stripping scenes. Instead it was a boring Independent love story that is better suited for Cinemax on a Saturday afternoon when you are sick in bed and nothing else is on.
So I say fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

If you watched television in the ’90s, then you remember how they marketed all of those kids commercials for cereals, drinks in pouches and pizza rolls? Well, RocketJump 2 recreated those memories by combining all of those ads together to make a really sweet one that will make you miss that bangin’ decade.
While this advertisement might not have been fly enough to air during the Super Bowl, it is still the best commercial you will see all week. The surprise is what really makes it the shiznit! Don’t you think it is totally phat?
Ian Somerhalder is directing an episode of Vampire Diaries and he definitely changed up his look for his new job. Damon wore a black tutu over his jeans and it appears his castmates like Nina Dobrev approve of his fashion choice for the part. How can you not take him seriously looking that?
