Maybe because Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been nominated for an Emmy as many as times Lucille Ball, I guess she thought it was OK to celebrate her 13th nom in a clean way. As in getting her teeth cleaned. At least we know she will have a great smile on Emmy night, you know when she is in that box and they announce another person’s name. Not that I want to her to lose, I just don’t think she as a chance against the other actresses. But then again I never thought that Melissa McCarthy was going to win for Bridesmaids because let’s be real she is a one note wonder on Mike & Molly.
Now back to Elaine not only did she get an Emmy now, she was also told she’s cavity free. Not a bad way for the Veep to spend a Thursday.
Kate Beckinsale was on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and she told the host of the Emmy nominated show she was voted the 6th most boring person at Oxford University. She was given the honor because she wouldn’t take part in some of their drinking traditions like Anal Chugging. Once she described what it was, I can see why she wouldn’t want to drink a beer from a guy’s buttcrack. I did some crazy things in college, but even I wouldn’t do that.
While the Underworld star might’ve been boring at Oxford, she was a lot of fun as she read the erotic version of Moby Dick on the ABC late night show.
I have to admit I cheap when it comes to paying the extra few dollars to watch a 3D movie, so I never noticed until this Funny or Die video just how similar they all are. Now that I know that, I am happy I am penny pincher because if you have seen one Three-Dimensional film you have seen them all.
Fred Willard was arrested yesterday in Hollywood for Lewd Conduct. According to TMZ he was arrested at an Adult Entertainment movie theater with his hand on his pen!s aka The Pee Wee Herman. The police were doing a routine check when they reportedly caught him at the Best in Show moment. He was booked and released.
Hopefully someone will offer him some very important advice today like the internet is for pOrn. It is much cheaper and you don’t get arrested for showing the director you really liked his work.
BTW does anyone else feel for the cops that busted him busting it.
Finally I hope Playboy opts do a Thanksgiving stand up special with Willard and Herman at a movie theater, I know I would pay to watch it.
Today was the day that the Emmy nominations were announced and I think they basically suck. For the most part the Drama noms are as elitist as the Oscars. Although I am happy Kathy Bates was nominated for Harry’s Law even though NBC didn’t have faith in it. When it comes to the comedies, happy for Modern Family and Chuck Lorre’s Thursday night show. It was Jon Cryer’s best year on Two and a Half Men and Mayim Bialick is great on The Big Bang Theory. I am also extremely excited that not only is Jimmy Kimmel going to host TV’s biggest night, but that Jimmy Kimmel Live finally got a much deserved nomination.
