Robert Pattinson has said a lot of outlandish things on talk shows and we believed him. Turns out we shouldn’t. Yesterday, when he was on Late Night, Seth Meyers asked him about being a model before he was an actor.
That seems believable because so many other actors got their start that way. Guess what, that was a lie he made up. He admitted that is not the only thing he falsified from his past. In fact, he has made up so many that he can no longer distinguish what is real and what is fake. Thus, we can never trust him.
Although, I did the research and there are two sex shoppes in Yarmouth, Maine. Which means sometimes he can tell the truth. Now, I don’t know what to beleive…
Even though Seth Meyers hosts a nighttime talk show, he goes day drinking with some of his guests. One of those guests was Kelly Clarkson. Therefore, today when he was on her daytime talk show, she decided to drink with him.
Before they even downed a full glass of alcohol, they were as drunk as they were when they drank so much more. After Meyers threw a peanut up in the air and caught it with his mouth, Clarkson wanted to see if she could do it too. However, she wanted him to throw the nuts in her mouth. She kept missing. They might say, “you are what you eat.” However, how can we say that if she doesn’t eat any nuts?
It is both hosts’ nuttiness which is why we love their talk shows. Hopefully, after they were done with this taping, they went day drinking again.

Before Sean Hayes starred in The Three Stooges, he worked with the modern-day stooges in Mo’ Money. He looks the same now as he did when he was 20 in that 1992 movie.
Last week when he was on Late Night, he told Seth Meyers why he got fired from the movie shortly after they filmed that cameo. I guess you can say he was not able to wiggle it out of that situation.
On Designing Women, Jean Smart’s character did a lot of interesting things in Atlanta. However, the most interesting thing she did in that city, the actress did in her real life.
She told Seth Meyers on Late Night that her Watchmen co-star Tim Blake Nelson invited her to the Clermont Lounge in Atlanta. A strip club where the dancers are more mature as in their 60’s and 70’s.
All of a sudden one of the younger strippers, in her 50’s, asked her she wanted “a dance.” She did not reveal if she said yes, but it is a night she will never forget. Especially when a drunk man knocked her off of her barstool.
Out of all of the things I did not do when I lived in Atlanta, this is the only thing I regret not experiencing.
One last note, how amazing would it be if they did a Golden Girls like sitcom and based it on the Clermont Lounge?
The couch from Roseanne is as iconic as the show itself. Therefore, when they were getting ready to do the revival of the sitcom, Sara Gilbert tried to get the original couch to be on the show. However, she was not successful.
Yesterday she told Seth Meyers on Late Night, it was actually at the Smithsonian Museum for a while. Then a guy got his hands on it and it added it to his television museum. When the show got picked up, they called him to see if they could use their couch.
He said that he could but with some restrictions. He wanted them to get extra insurance on it worth thousands of dollars, it could only be on the set on filming days, it had to be cleaned and it needed its own security guard. For some reason, the producers said no, but Gilbert still wanted it.
She did not get her wish. And somewhere there is a guy looking at like it is something more than a couch.
