We know that Nick Cannon is good at impregnating women, and now we know he is good at pranking people too. The comedian gave Kevin Hart a llama for his 42nd birthday.
Why? The father of 7 wrote, “I love you man!!! I’m having all these new kids I figured you should have a new kid too!! Welcome Lucky The Llama to the family!! #SaveTheDrama4YourLlama 🦙🤣”

Nick Cannon’s life is like a Soap Opera, so it makes sense he would be doing something on Daytime television. This fall, he is joining the lineup, but not on a Daytime Drama. Instead, he will have a talk show on the Fox Television Stations.
“It’s been a longtime dream of mine to host my own daytime talk show and that I’m able to do this in New York City, bringing daytime television back to the place that has fostered generations of talent, is very special to me,” Cannon said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “With this show, we’ll be uniting all aspects of entertainment in a unique way in the very place where a lot of what we know today as our culture started. I couldn’t ask for better partners than Debmar-Mercury and Fox and thank them for supporting me in this endeavor.”
Debmar-Mercury also produces The Wendy Williams Show. So if I were her, I would be nervous.
After all, Cannon needs the money with his 7th child on the way. Who knows how many more he will be expecting by the second season at the rate he is going. Someone put a condom on it.
Maybe if Nick Cannon wore a mask like the contestants on The Masked Singer, he would be hosting the show this upcoming season. However, he is going to be missing a few episodes because he tested positive for COVID-19.
The singing competition goes into production tomorrow, and they need a replacement. According to Variety, they asked Niecy Nash to do it. Of course, she said yes!
Do you know what? I hope they keep her. I think she is hilarious. She is enough to get me to tune in.
What do you think? Should the temporary replacement become permanent?
Nick Cannon says a lot of stupid stuff all the time, but he finally got smart and apologized when it came time to keep his job at The Masked Singer.
Cannon said a lot of ignorant things about Jewish and white people, and he lost his job with Viacom and MTV because he would not apologize for his hateful words. This morning he doubled down on refused to apologize.
With those tweets, it looked like he would be out of another job, and that is the host of The Masked Singer. Well, he wised up and took Twitter again. This time to apologize.
“First and foremost I extend my deepest and most sincere apologies to my Jewish sisters and brothers for the hurtful and divisive words that came out of my mouth during my interview with Richard Griffin. They reinforced the worst stereotypes of a proud and magnificent people and I feel ashamed of the uninformed and naïve place that these words came from. The video of this interview has since been removed. While the Jewish experience encompasses more than 5,000 years and there is so much I have yet to learn, I have had at least a minor history lesson over the past few days and to say that it is eye-opening would be a vast understatement. I want to express my gratitude to the Rabbis, community leaders and institutions who reached out to me to help enlighten me, instead of chastising me. I want to assure my Jewish friends, new and old, that this is only the beginning of my education—I am committed to deeper connections, more profound learning and strengthening the bond between our two cultures today and every day going forward. I just had the blessed opportunity to converse with Rabbi Abraham Cooper director of global social action @SimonWiesenthal My first words to my brother was, I apologize for the hurt I caused the Jewish Community….On my podcast I used words & referenced literature I assumed to be factual to uplift my community instead turned out to be hateful propaganda and stereotypical rhetoric that pained another community For this I am deeply sorry but now together we can write a new chapter of healing.”
With that, he is still employed by Fox. “When we were made aware of Nick Cannon’s interview with Richard Griffin on YouTube, we immediately began a dialogue with Nick,” Fox said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “He is clear and remorseful that his words were wrong and lacked both understanding and context, and inadvertently promoted hate. This was important for us to observe. Nick has sincerely apologized, and quickly taken steps to educate himself and make amends. On that basis and given a belief that this moment calls for dialogue, we will move forward with Nick and help him advance this important conversation, broadly. Fox condemns all forms of hate directed toward any community and we will combat bigotry of any kind.”
This is his third strike, and I think we should not accept his apology. I don’t think he learns from his mistakes. If he does it again, I don’t think at that point we should accept it. We have to say enough is enough.

Tonight at 9p, The Masked Singer will grace the airwaves on Fox. It is the strangest singing competition you have ever seen. Yet it is actually really enjoyable.
It is not full of people vying for a record contract. It is not celebrities singing as other singers. It is not celebrities trying to pretend they can sing when they can’t. It is twelve celebrities in full-body costumes and we have to guess who they are. They are Grammy winners, Emmy winners and pro-athletes. That is all we know about them.
Each week they will compete and we get a new clue to who they are under all of that fabric that covers their bodies from head to toe. They will perform, in groups of 2, a song in front of a live audience and panelists, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke, and host Nick Cannon. After they are done, the panelists will ask them some questions to see if maybe they can guess what is their identity.
After each group of 2 performs, the audience and the panelists decide who they want to keep around. At the end of the night, the bottom person of each group will face another vote and the lowest scoring person goes home. This will keep on going until there is one.
Fox is so secretive about who is on the show, that they even blurred and bleeped out the losing contestants face and name on the two screener episodes they sent out. Thus, I don’t even know who they are. I think the person eliminated next week might be Tracy Morgan, but who knows, it can be anyone.
Although, wait until you hear the A-list celebrities they think are under the suits. They actually believe that Barack Obama might be one of the singers. Seriously, that is what he is going to do with his spare time? I think I am more on point when I tell you I think that La Toya Jackson is one of the competitors. That makes more sense, right?
Like I said, this is a show unlike any other. It so out there, that is truly enjoyable. It is like what did I smoke and can I have more of it. Who doesn’t need more of that these days?
