Bionic Woman is one of the most talked about shows on the new season and it is finally making its debut tonight on NBC at 9p.
Struggling as a bartender and surrogate mom to her teenage sister, Jaime Sommers (Michelle Ryan, "EastEnders") didn't think life could get much harder. But when a devastating car accident leaves her at death's door, Jaime's only hope for survival is a cutting-edge, top-secret technology that comes at a hefty price.
With a whole new existence and a debt to re-pay, Jaime must figure out how to use her extraordinary abilities for good — while weighing the personal sacrifices she will have to make. Ultimately, it's Jaime's journey of self-discovery and inner strength that will help her embrace her new life as the Bionic Woman in this new action-drama series.
Bionic Woman is nothing like the show it is "based" on except for the name of the show, the name of the character and fake body parts, so if you expecting the '70s version this is not the show for you. If you are just like the star of the show and were not born when the original was on you are going to love this show. Actually you could have been born when the original was on and still like this show.
Bionic Woman, just like Dark Angel, is going to be the cult hit of the season and Michelle Ryan is going to be the fantasy girl at conventions like Jessica Alba. The special effects on this show are amazing it is going to be great to watch how they evolve through the season as Jamie gets more used to her new body.
So tune in to NBC tonight at 9p to watch the Bionic Woman for the new millennium.
On a side note, I think NBC should have teamed this show up with Heroes and Journeyman with Life…but that is just me.

Life makes its debut tonight on NBC at 10 and the show definitely looks it might have a long Life with NBC!
"Life" is a new drama about a detective who is given a second chance. Damian Lewis ("Band of Brothers") stars as complex, offbeat Detective Charlie Crews, who, thanks to close friend and attorney Constance Griffiths (Brooke Langton), returns to the force after serving time in prison for a crime he didn't commit.
The cast also includes Sarah Shahi ("Rush Hour 3") as Charlie’s skeptical, demanding partner, Robin Weigert (HBO's "Deadwood") as their hard-hitting lieutenant, and Adam Arkin ("Chicago Hope") as Crews’ former cellmate Ted Earley.
This is another show that when I read the description I was like so what, but again I was wrong. The show is a cop procedural, but it has some humor and is a little more Zen than the others. You will get what I mean by that when you watch the show tonight. Besides being a cop show, we find out at the end of the pilot he is looking into who to set him up. I can't wait to see how that plays out.
So tune into Life tonight at 10p on NBC.

Journeyman premieres on NBC tonight at 10p and it is so different than I thought it would be and in a good way! When I read the description, I thought it was going to be Quantum Leap (I am still pissed that Quantum Leap was cancelled) for the new millennium but the only thing the two have in common is time travel.
"Journeyman" a romantic mystery-drama about San Francisco newspaper reporter and family man, Dan Vasser (Kevin McKidd, "Rome"), who inexplicably begins to travel through time and change the course of people's lives. Along the way, he must also deal with the difficulties and stress at work and home brought on by his sudden disappearances.
However, his freewheeling travels through the years reunite him with his long-lost fiancée, Livia (Moon Bloodgood, "Day Break") — which complicates his blissful, present-day life with his vivacious wife, Katie (Gretchen Egolf, "Martial Law") and adorable son, Zach (Charles Henry Wyson, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"). Reed Diamond ("Homicide: Life on the Street") stars as Jack, Dan’s cop brother who once dated Katie.
Kevin McKidd is great as Dan, a man who literally loses time and then catches up to it. What makes it interesting besides time traveling to correct the past, it deals with a man who must keep his commitment to his wife and kid while finding out his soul mate is not dead and is also a time traveler. I can't wait to see how that turns out!

IT HAS BEEN A WHILE
Hey everyone i am at the airport in AZ. right now and delayed so I have time to write! These passed weeks have been really crazy for me with shooting new episodes of the singing bee on the 15 and the next day I did the red carpet for tvguide network at the emmys! Along with other lil things in between! I want to thank all of you for watching the EMMYS and the "BEE" also there are new ones coming starting Oct 2nd and we have alot of musical guests like Toni Basil, Barry Manilow. Village People, and many more, and to let you know that from now on who ever wins that night on the Bee and it does not matter how much money they win they get to come back and try to hold their title and they can keep coming back until they mess up which I think is cool!!! And there is so much going on I can not thank all of you for your support!!!!!!! And since the Bee is such a hugh success I am hosting the singing bee version in Australia!!! I shoot 8 episodes in oct there so I hope it gets picked up for more !! SO thanks again and be sure to watch all red carpet coverage on tvguide network in JAN and FEB cause I will be oing all of them ! THANKS AGAIN!!
I can't wait to see The Villiage People and Toni Basil on the show! How awesome is that!!!!
