Ice Spice is wearing some expensive ice, as in a tongue ring that costs $50,000. According to Benny the Jeweler, the diamond in the 18k gold tongue ring is so expensive because it is the largest in the world.

It is a mouthful. Because of that, I would not want to wear it. It has to be uncomfortable. Plus, I would be afraid I would swallow it. Then it would go from the most expensive tongue ring to the most expensive shit.
