Barry Williams still looks groovy as Johnny Bravo!
May 29th, 2017 under MeTV, The Brady Bunch. [ Comments: none ]

Even though it has been over 40 years since Barry Williams dressed up as Johnny Bravo on The Brady Bunch, he can still work that look. The 62 year old put on Greg Brady’s alter ego to promote the Summer of Me on Me TV. The new schedule begins today and includes his show that airs weekdays at 5p for a whole groovy hour. So if the Summer sun isn’t calling your name, then you can watch the Bradys, Remington Steele, ALF, Mr Ed and many more everyday on Me TV in your air conditioned place.

Before Tom Selleck was wearing Hawaiian shirts on Magnum PI, he was wearing a Cowboy hat for Dubonnet. He is just as sexy now as he was when he was 27 in that 1972 ad.

Watch the first and last scenes side by side of our favorite TV shows!
January 2nd, 2017 under 60s, 70s, 80s, MeTV. [ Comments: none ]

As we end one year and begin a new one, Me TV takes a look back the beginning and endings of some of the shows of their lineup like Cheers, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Happy Days, Star Trek and several more.
Seeing them side by side like that, show how much they changed from their first day to their last one.
I enjoyed it so much, I want to see them do that with more shows. What shows would you like to see the first and last scenes of simultaneously like that.

Robbie Rist killed more shows than The Brady Bunch
October 5th, 2016 under 70s, MeTV, The Brady Bunch. [ Comments: none ]

Before there was Ted McGinely who killed shows like Happy Days and The Love Boat, there was Robbie Rist. He is best known for killing The Brady Bunch when he joined the show as Cousin Oliver in what turned to be its final season. Me TV that airs the classic family show revealed it wasn’t the only show that ended shortly after he appeared on it. He was also seen The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Gun Smoke, Star Trek and The Andy Griffith Show. Therefore, networks if you want a show to end, cast Robbie Rist. The Big Bang Theory, American Horror Story, Scream Queens and Modern Family, I am looking at you. What show do you want to see him on?

A Patty Duke Show reunion
December 21st, 2015 under Mackenzie and Sean Astin, MeTV, Reunions. [ Comments: none ]

The Patty Duke Show is coming to Me TV on January 4th and they reunited Cathy and Patty Lane, I mean Cathy (ha ha) and Patty Duke, with Cathy’s dad and Patty’s uncle aka William Schallert. Seeing the three of them together in this commercial, brought a huge smile on my face. Whoever came up with the commercial deserves a big old raise!
