Nick Cannon was a guest on Howard Stern today and he admitted that Mariah Carey and him did not have sex until they got married. The America’s Got Talent host even admitted the most did before they tied the knot on April 30, 2008 was go to second base over her top. So for all of us who wondered why they got married after only dating for just 6 weeks, I think we now have our answer! And 4 and half years later they are still going strong with awwwwdorable twins to boot!
Mariah Carey was on Late Night yesterday and she sang All I Want for Christmas with Jimmy Fallon and the Roots, who played with instruments you would see at school, and all I have to say is wow! Mimi is one of the few artists who can sing the phonebook and make it sound beautiful, so to her do her hit pretty much a cappella just blew me away.
Yesterday was the season finale for America’s Got Talent and Nick Cannon celebrated the end of the season by getting a tooth pulled this morning. Maybe it is me, but I could think of better ways of celebrating the end of the season. Although I am sure some days of production were like pulling teeth, so it was his way remembering working with Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne this year for a few more days.
After weeks of rumors that Mariah Carey would be joining American Idol, Fox Entertainment President Kevin Reilly confirmed she is at Fox’s Press Tour Day. I have to admit her addition is enough for me to watch the show. Unlike the other three judges, she knows actually her stuff and she can be quite articulate. Plus she was married Tommy Mottala, one of the greatest producers in the music business and he had to teach her something during their marriage. Oh and she most importantly she can sing and sell albums, something J-LO could only do one of.
Thank you to Mark Burnett for coming up with The Voice and casting Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine as coaches and because of that it made Fox step up their game. The X Factor added Britney Spears and Idol brought on Carey. I am sure the people who are audition for these shows are happy about that changes because people they grew up with and idolized are not the people mentoring them on these reality shows.
Congrats to Fox on a good hire, let’s just hope they do an equally as good filling the other two seats. It is time for the Dawg to go even if he is Carey’s manager.

Mariah Carey lost a lot of her pregnancy weight by doing Jenny Craig, so she decided to show off her body in a skin-tight cat suit when she performed in Austria. But all we could see was her huge camel toe where Dem Babies came out of. Hopefully Mariah will not wear that outfit in the desert because the camels might think that she is their Dreamlove and try to hump her.
