Will Ferrell was scheduled to do The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon and Ryan Reynolds was slated to do Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday. However, they both showed up at the other actor’s talk show.
The two Spirited actors have created such a bond after harmonizing to Mika’s Grace Kelly that they are willing to do anything for the other one. Things like promote the other person’s project instead of their own during the other actor’s late night appearance. So, Ferrell talked about Netflix’s Red Notice while Reynolds divulged about The Shrink Next Door on Apple TV+. Both projects start streaming tomorrow.
What did they know about their roles? Nothing! That is what made this Freaky Friday on a Wednesday even funnier. I hope they do this again when their soon-to-be Christmas classic comes out at some time.
Do you think the hosts knew about the switch? I kind of feel like Kimmel didn’t, but I am not sure about Fallon.
Back when Billie Eilish was 12 years old, she made a bucket list. Yesterday, when she was on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the host helped her check off all of the items that she hadn’t done yet.
The singer gave someone, in this case a fan, a haircut. The ABC late night host gave her a little white mouse that she named Marcus. So, you think she would give him a hug. Instead, she punched him a hug. Instead, she punched him in the gut. As payback, the “elderly man” had her kicked out of his studio, which was doubling as a Target.
Now, the only things left for her to do is grow her hair past her butt and ride a dolphin! However, punching Kimmel probably negated the remaining items!
Jacob Elordi made his in-person talk show debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday with Modern Family’s Julie Bowen as a host.
At the end of the interview, she asked The Kissing Booth star if they use stunt penises on Euphoria since there is so much nudity on it. “Eric’s [Dane] penis is not his real penis. It is a stunt penis,” he said. “When you come into the makeup trailer, they’re all kind of set up.”
Why are they being held there? Because the makeup artists have to give them a makeover so that they look like the real thing. Is it wrong that I want that job? How do I get the job?
Oh, and I am assuming that the merkins are all in the hair trailer. That would make sense, right?
Jimmy Kimmel has been missing from his show because he is on summer vacation. He is not the only one who is not there; his sidekick Guillermo Diaz is nowhere to be seen for the last week.
Where is our favorite security guard? He is home recovering from COVID-19. Yesterday, he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live from his home, and he talked to Sarah Silverman about what it has been like. He said that his whole body hurt, including his “balls” hurt, and he had a fever. He is feeling better now, thankfully.
Diaz also said that his doctor told him if he wasn’t vaccinated, then chances are he would be in the hospital on a ventilator. Instead of being bored at home because he says, “I cannot drink. I cannot smoke weed. I cannot have sex.” However, that hasn’t stopped him from eating healthy food like pizza and donuts.
I am glad he is on the mend because he is so lovable, and we need more people like him. He is Jimmy Kimmel Live, not the show’s namesake.
