Seriously? OMG! WTF?

A few weeks ago, I wondered why no condiment company teamed up with Deadpool and Wolverine to turn the unlikely superhero into ketchup and mustard. And I guess Heinz read my mind because that is what they are doing.

“After seeing the conversation on social media highlighting the similarities between our two iconic duos – Deadpool & Wolverine and HEINZ Ketchup & Mustard – we knew we had to team up with the film,” says Lizzy Goodman, Brand Communications Manager for HEINZ U.S. at The Kraft Heinz Company. “Once we made that connection – we couldn’t unsee it – as these similarities go beyond color. One’s sweet, one’s zesty. Everybody has a favorite, but really, they’re better together. And most importantly, whether at the movie theater or a cookout, both duos play starring roles in an epic summer.”

A limited amount of the iconic duo of condiments will be available on Heinz’s social media over the next few weeks.

Claussen and Spritz Society have joined forces to release a pickle-flavored sparkling wine cocktail.

The idea started off as an April Fool’s Day joke in 2022, but Spritz Society was shocked to find out fans actually wanted it.

Velveeta has been trying out new things this year. First, they started selling Velveeta-scented nail polish. Then they followed that up with a Velveeta Martini. Now, they partnered with Compartés Chocolatier to sell truffles with Velveeta.

TruffVels consist of Compartés sweet white chocolate and is the savory, creamy, delicious bite of Velveeta in a seashell-shaped truffle.

Some people want to get married by Elvis Presley. Others want to have their weddings at Disney. And somewhere, someone said they wanted to tie the knot in the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.

Well, now is their chance because that is an option in Las Vegas in front of The Little White Chaple on April 15th and April 16th.

Ed Sheeran is ketchup’s biggest fan. However, sometimes he likes to spice it up.

So the singer teamed up with Heinz to create Tingly Ted’s, a hot sauce with the consistency of ketchup.

“I love sauces, that’s no secret. But the older I’ve got, the more I love and need spice with every single meal,” Sheeran explained. “I travel a lot, so having a bottle in my suitcase wherever I go that can spice up any and every meal seemed like a good idea. I knew I didn’t wanna do a watery hot sauce, as they usually all get relegated to the same shelf of other random hot sauces. I wanted to make a sauce that took the same pride of place as ketchup.”

As a fan of hot sauce and Ed Sheeran (in that order), I can’t wait to get all tingly with Ted’s! You can say it is a bad habit that I have.
