Will & Grace says goodbye…again tonight
April 23rd, 2020 under Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

When Will & Grace aired the first time, I didn’t watch it. Then before it came back to NBC for the revival, I binged the whole first run. That was when I realized why everyone loved it. Even though the show was 20 years old, the laughs still seemed fresh.

Of course, that made me wonder if they would still be able to do that. The answer, as we know, is yes. Sadly, today I am sad. The sitcom is saying goodbye once again. I can’t remain sad for too long because they go out with an episode that made me laugh from the beginning until the end.

I don’t want to say too much because I want you to enjoy it like I did. However, I will tell you a little about it. Will (Eric McCormack) and Grace (Debra Messing) are not only preparing for their babies that are due like any second, but they are also getting ready to say goodbye to Manhattan. Last week, they bought a house in the suburbs together to raise their children.

Jack (Sean Hayes) is still an understudy on a Broadway show, and tonight he might become more than one. If that is not enough, Karen (Megan Mullally) gets an offer she cannot refuse.

By the end of the episode, we get the perfect farewell episode with some surprise guest stars.

Anyone, who is a fan of the show, will not be disappointed with how they end things. They leave us wanting more episodes because we love this show, but it is also a satisfying end for the second run of Will & Grace.

Thank you for the laughs! I know we will see you again.

BTWF: Eric McCormack in Rin Tin Tin: K-9 Cop

Before Eric McCormack couldn’t find a husband on Will & Grace, his wife was killed by a dog in Rin Tin Tin: K-9 Cop. He looks the same now as he did when he was 27 in that 1991 episode.

Will & Grace says goodbye again on April 23rd
March 26th, 2020 under Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

We have known for a while that Will & Grace was ending again this season, and today we found out when it’s sexond series finale is going to air. NBC announced that Will Grace and Jack and Karen will say goodbye to each other again on April 23rd.

Before, their final episode debuts, we will get a 30-minute retrospective hosted by Eric McCormack at 8:30p. It will feature clips from both runs along with comments from superfans like Norman Lear and Elton John.

Then at 9p, it is time for the finale “It’s Time,” with the apartment packed up, Will (Eric McCormack) is determined to not reminisce about his life in the city or his ex, McCoy (guest star Matt Bomer). Grace (Debra Messing), on the verge of giving birth, keeps having false alarms of going into labor. At the behest of Stan, Karen (Megan Mullally) goes to the top of the Statue of Liberty to get closure with her ex-husband. Jack’s (Sean Hayes) dream of taking a bow on a Broadway stage becomes a very real possibility. Minnie Driver and Brian Jordan Alvarez guest star.

I wonder if in a few years, when they bring the show back for a third time if they will make Will and Grace’s children disappear again?

I don’t know about you, but I am sad to say sayonara to the sitcom again.

Can the Good Place save humanity? Demi Lovato joins Will & Grace
January 9th, 2020 under Demi Lovato, Eric McCormack, Jameela Jamil, NBC. [ Comments: none ]

The Good Place is back tonight at 8:30p on NBC, but will it be the end of all humanity? When we last off the Judge (Maya Rudolph) decided that she wants to erase all that has happened on Earth and start over again. That is right, she wants to wipe us out. Will Michael (Ted Danson), Eleanor (Kristen Bell), Chidi (William Jackson Harper), Jason (Manny Jacinto), Tahani (Jameela Jamil), and the Janets (D’Arcy Carden) be able to stop her before she hits the button?

They will do everything they can to come up with a plan that will also convince the Bad Place that our World needs to be saved. Shawn (Marc Evan Jackson), the latter’s Michael, will be harder to convince than the Judge because Janet has a secret weapon that might change her mind. A weapon that would be enough for me to say we need to live on. What is it? You will have to tune into the fourth last episode of the show’s run to find out. Now I am sad.

Then at 9p, Will & Grace gives birth to a new character. Well, not quite yet. Will (Eric McCormack) finds Jenny (Demi Lovato), a woman who is willing to be his surrogate. That is if he can convince her to do it and not screw it up while trying to win her over.

Will needed a lift and he got one from Karen (Megan Mullally). She stays at Jenny’s place and meets her brother. The two will exchange some jokes that will make you feel guilty for laughing at them.

Finally, Grace (Debra Messing) and Jack (Sean Hayes) go to a Little Orphan AnnieCon. Need I say more?

I love NBC, but why are the shows I watch ending? Actually, I watch most of their shows, but my two favorites are the ones that are saying goodbye. Maybe they can reboot them next season?

Will & Grace will honor I Love Lucy with Lucie Arnaz
November 25th, 2019 under Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Lucille Ball, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, Sean Hayes. [ Comments: 6 ]

Anyone who watches Will & Grace can tell that Debra Messing has been heavily influenced by Lucille Ball. Well this week, she and the cast of the NBC sitcom will be filming an episode that will be paying tribute to I Love Lucy.

According to Entertainment Weekly: Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally will each play Lucy in a different dream sequence while Eric McCormack will recreate Ricky Ricardo. The mag says that, “Messing gets to play Lucy in a ‘Vitameatavegamin’ scene, Hayes will assume the title role in the chocolate factory, and Mullally will recreate the memorable grape stomping moment.”

The sitcom got the go-ahead to do it from Lucie and Desi Arnaz, Jr. with the former appearing on the special episode. We do not know what she will be doing, but she teased us with, “A very special guest star, playing a very fun role … Any guesses??” I have none.

While I cannot tell you what she will be doing on the show, I can tell you it will air sometime in the Spring before the sitcom signs off for a second time.

UPDATE: Lucie Arnaz shared a photo from the set in makeup. To see if you got the answer right, then click here!
