The awards show has been struggling to find a home for the last few years. I wonder if they will go on after the pandemic is over, and last year’s show was not the last one. I hope it does go on. These are some of the hardest working people in the business and deserve to be recognized.
However, they did say, “Judging continues, and we look forward to announcing our incredibly talented nominees later this Spring. We are working on some interesting alternative ideas for how to best recognize the honorees later this year and will share more details in the weeks ahead.”

Lost’s Daniel Dae Kim might be a co-creator of The Good Doctor and guest star on New Amsterdam, but that does not mean playing a doctor on television will make him immune from the Coronavirus.
He was working in Manhattan on the NBC medical drama when they told them they were shutting down production for the season. Therefore, he headed back to Hawaii to be with his family. On the plane ride back, he noticed he wasn’t feeling well. He called his doctor, and eventually got in to take the test. He says it is uncomfortable.
Anyway, he got the test results back, and it returned the positive. Maybe knowing what was wrong with him was enough to make him feel better, but it worked.
The actor says that he is willing to donate his blood to be tested to come up with a cure for this virus. Something I am sure he will find a way to be written into a future Good Doctor episode.
Kim also wanted to point out that we should not call this the Chinese Virus because it puts Asian-Americans’ lives at risk. He is Asian-American and he has it, but that is not where he got it from. If he did, then he would call it the New York Virus.
This is another example of why Donald Trump doesn’t understand how his words are dangerous. Several Asian-Americans have already been attacked physically and verbally because of that rhetoric. This is a time when we should be coming together as one, and not getting further apart. Coronavirus doesn’t care where you are from, what color your skin is, what Gd you believe in and who you love? It just cares that you are a warm body it can infect.

Both Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon’s shows are on hiatus for the foreseeable future because of the Coronavirus. Since we all need to laugh, both late night show hosts did monologues from their homes.
Much to the displeasure of their wives. Kimmel’s wife, Molly McNearney, wrote, “Can someone please get this man out of my house?”
While Kimmel was able to do it kid-free because he was hiding from them, Fallon was not. His daughters were not happy that they were not getting the attention they deserve. Parents can relate to both of their situations.
While viewers can relate to the jokes that they were telling. Funny how much both monologues have in common. I wonder if they compared notes.
Both men promised to do this every night that their shows are off the air. Something we all need, and I am grateful they are bringing some much-needed joy into our world.

The news is so serious today, especially on CNN. However, Chris Cuomo and his big brother, Andrew Cuomo had, some fun on New Day this morning.
First, Chris and Andrew fought over having a curfew, given to them by their dad when they were teens. Then, Chris called his brother out for not calling his mom even though he is busy with the Coronavirus.
Andrew made sure to tell him that he did call his mom. Not only that, but Andrew told his baby bro that he is their mom’s favorite son. I can believe that because what mom wouldn’t love her son, that is Governor of New York over the one that is a news anchor. However, when Andrew is out of a job, then Chris will be the favorite son, but not child. That is something their three sisters can claim.
BTW, I hope their mom, Matilda, scolded both of them for arguing on the air. Although, I would give them some extra television time for giving America a much-needed laugh. She should be so proud of her boys!

Steven Tyler is a very touchy-feely guy, but that is not something we should be doing now, according to CDC. Therefore, he released PSA telling us to do as he says and not as he does. In other words, Stop Messing Around as Aerosmith’s song tells us to do.
Especially, since the band members are in the high-risk group for the Coronavirus. Then again, if drugs couldn’t get them, I doubt (and pray) this can either.
