Harris Trout (Hall) promises someone will be fired and he ain’t kidding. But before we find out who gets the axe, we watch them explain to him the events that lead up to his coming there.
Make sure to tune in to the exciting and shocking season finale that will show how Psych will changing things up for the show next season. Did I say too much? You will have to watch to find out…
A few weeks ago Old Navy released a Christmas commercial with three of the Griswolds and everyone wondered where Rusty was. Well he was just waiting for the next group of commercials to come out. That’s because Anthony Michael Hall who played him National Lampoon’s Vacation and Jason Lively who played him European Vacation joined their movie parents, Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo, while Johnny Galecki was no where to be found. And in the new ad Juliette Lewis also saw her former Audrey self because Dana Barron who originated the role can be seen by the Christmas tree.
Too bad that Galecki opted not to be in the ad because if he did it would’ve made it perfect.
BTW here is another Griswold Old Navy ad without all of the kids and that makes me go Chevy Chase left Community for this…
Tonight at 8p on The Sundance Channel’s The Mortified Sessions two of the ’80s biggest teen movies stars Anthony Michael Hall and Lea Thompson are going to share mortifying stories from their teenage years when the cameras weren’t rolling. We all went through our awkward teenage years, but did you ever wonder if celebrities also did. Well they did and they are telling their tales and showing pictures of it on this Sundance Channel show. Each week two celebrities like Sixteen Candle’s Geek and Howard the Duck’s rocker will share intimate stories from their youth. For example did you know that Eric Stonestreet has been dressing up as Fizbo the Clown since he was in high school? It is interesting tidbits like that one that make this show a must add to your weekly lineup, so start watching the show tonight at 8p.
Before Anthony Michael Hall was seeing the future (and past) on The Dead Zone, he was told not to see who he was seeing in The Gold Bug. You can barely recognize the 11 year old actor in that 1980 ABC Weekend Special. Kind of like I wonder when I look at him now is that the same guy we fell in love with when he was starring in the Brat Pack movies?

Anthony Michael Hall aka Brian Johnson, Molly Ringwald aka Claire Standish, Ally Sheedy aka Allison Reynolds and Judd Nelson aka John Bender were reunited yesterday for a tribute to the man who made them household names. The 4 kids who were stuck in detention on a Saturday came out of the library to attend The Film Society Of Lincoln Center Remembers John Hughes and they all looked great. The look even better than they did when they made the timeless movie over 26 years ago. Can you believe the brain is 42, the princess is also 42, the basket case is 48 and the criminal is 50 because they sure as heck don’t look it. Too bad the athlete wasn’t able to join the brat pack honoring their leader.
