Remember the first time you saw The Lion King and Simba discovered his dead father? You cried. You were not alone, so was everyone else around you. Guess what, humans are not the only ones who feel that pain.
The other day, Josh Meyers was watching the movie with his 4-month-old pit bull and Luna started to cry at the same point we all did. Her best friend described the special moment as, “Right as Mufasa falls to his death, she stops and turns to the TV to watch. To see her crying at the TV was the sweetest thing I think I’ve ever seen. She even lays down right after Simba lays with his dad….We don’t deserve dogs.” No, we don’t.
I just hope for Luna’s sake they don’t watch any more Disney movies around her like Bambi and Old Yeller. Especially, Old Yeller. That was too much for us 2-leggers, imagine what it would be like for a 4-legger like her.
BTW say what you want about pit bulls, but they are truly sweet and loving dogs.
You know how on most talk shows when a guest brings any animals on, they don’t let the creatures roam around. Pickler and Ben is unlike all the others. Today, Kellie Pickler and Ben Aaron welcomed 2 Asian small-clawed otters on to the show and within seconds Ping and Pong took over the set.
Pickler and Animal expert Grant Kemmerer were holding the squeaky brothers for the introduction and then they decided to put them in the little pool the show set up for them. I guess they were not interested in it because they jumped down and started running all over the set. They went under the couch, over to the camera to get a closeup, back to the pool and anywhere else they wanted to go.
The only place they did not go was into the audience. Which is smart of their part because if they did, I am sure someone would have taken them home. Who wouldn’t? They are so cute, they make me want to trade in my cat for one of them.
Seriously, they are otterly awwwwdorable, I think the 6-month olds should replace Pickler and Ben on the morning show. No offense to the CMT hosts, but I could watch them for hours and hours. Seriously, aren’t you in love with them too? Those faces are just so sweet.
Traffic was brought to a complete standstill in Kings Beach, CA due to a huge flock of ducks crossing the rode to seek shelter from the storm. pic.twitter.com/ombvJmhu81
It has been really cold in Calfornia since the New Year, and some places are actually seeing snow. One of those places is Kings Beach, where a lot of ducks call home. They would prefer to be somewhere warmer, so they crossed the street to find some warmth in the shopping center. You can say they wanted to duck for some shelter.
Anyways, as they were crossing the street, they stopped traffic. For two minutes, the drivers didn’t quack as they made their way across the road.
Were they successful? Let’s just there is a sale on duck meat in Kings Beach. Joking! They bought some down coats with your guess it, duck feathers and went back home.

Late night, literally, went to the dogs, and squirrels and chickens yesterday. That is because three of the talk shows did bits with those animals.
Jimmy Kimmel Live did a commercial advertising AirBuds aka pot for dogs. They found viral videos of dogs doing funny things and mashed them all together for the ad. I don’t have to smoke some marijuana to laugh uncontrollably to that.
Over on Conan, O’Brien opended up his studio to the fat squirrels who are not being taken care of at the national parks because of the shutdown. This bit is so stupid that is absolutely brilliant. That is why I love this TBS host, he is not afraid to make a schmuck of himself.
Finally, Jimmy Fallon and Backstreet Boys dressed up as chickens and clucked their through Everybody on The Tonight Show. What can you say that? How about it, I Want It That Way from now on!
Now, that you have watched all this videos, which one made you howl at the moon?
Alan Thicke and Gloria Loring might have named their son Robin, but maybe they should have gone with pigeon instead. That is because a pigeon was grooving to Blurred Lines in NYC. In fact, the bird even moved liked the singer does in the video. Which makes you wonder of Thicke moves more like a robin or a pigeon? I am thinking the latter.
When is someone going to give the two street performers a contract because I would pay to see them live?
That video might have been on Very Interesting, but I find very amusing and very enjoyable!
