Idol: The Musical closed after it's opening night performance. The show's producer told BroadwayWorld.
"Todd Ellis, the producer of "IDOL:The Musical," has chosen to close the show due to a lack of advance ticket sales, a lack of positive feedback from audience members and critics, and a lack of sustainable financial resources."
The show was about Clay Aiken's strong fanbase, which makes me wonder if it were the Claymates who closed this show. We all know you don't mess with Claymates, they have the power to change things.
There is just something about Paula Abdul's face that looks vacant or just out of it. From watching her show Hey Paula she would lead you to believe it is because she has had lack of sleep, I have seen people who have had lack of sleep and they don't look like that?
Remember Corey Clark from American Idol 2, who was forced to drop out of the competition because he had a court date for allegedly attacking his younger sister and then later claimed to have had an affair with Paula Abdul? Well he is back in the news for getting arrested in Little Rock, Arkansas for drug charges and an outstanding warrant for his in arrest in Arizona according to AP.
The good thing I can say about Corey Clark is that he knows how to give a good mug shot and that we are not remembering him for his GA singing.
Look I am the first to admit that Paula Abdul's show makes her look bad, but she would look like an angel compared to Rosie if she were actually to get one.
