Luke Bryan has been a judge on American Idol since season 16, but will he be back for season 24?
The singer spoke to Taste of Country, and he gave them an update about his future with the singing competition. He told them, “Idol is kind of a year-by-year, ‘Do we do it or not?'”
Something that is working in AI’s favor is that there was a big change last season. Carrie Underwood joined the judge’s table, and he enjoyed working with a fellow Country star.
Bryan believes that the American Idol winner loved it so much that she will suit up for another season. But will he? “We’ll see what happens,” he says.
So, if he is booked on Jimmy Kimmel Live before his fate is decided, we will know the answer.
