Ryan Eggold goes blonde
February 14th, 2023 under Ryan Eggold. [ Comments: none ]

Now that New Amsterdam is over, Ryan Eggold has more freedom to change up his look. So he decided to go blond.

I don’t know about you, but I am getting a James Dean vibe from him. It could be the t-shirt, but he definitely has a Rebel Without a Cause feel going on.

What do you think of his new hair?

Priyanka Chopra and Sam Heughan find Love Again
February 14th, 2023 under Priyanka Chopra, Sam Heughan. [ Comments: none ]

It is Valentine’s Day, and I am PMSing. Therefore, I am overly sentimental. I admit it.

So when I watched the trailer for Priyanka Chopra and Sam Heughan’s romantic tale Love Again, I got all the feels.

I am like, why do I have to wait until May 12th to see the film? I need to see their love story, and I need to see it now.

I mean, who doesn’t want to see a movie where a woman still texts her dead boyfriend’s number, and now a sexy AF guy has it? Then he falls in love with her because of those texts. My cold heart got all warm, and that is not the only part that did.

And now, I need a break with BOB.

Taye Diggs was killed off of All American
February 14th, 2023 under The CW. [ Comments: none ]

All American is the only CW scripted show that will be back next season (as of now), so you would think they would do everything to keep its biggest star. However, yesterday we said goodbye to Taye Diggs’ character Billy Barker.

Barker and his team were in a bus accident on the way back from a trip, and the coach saved everyone on the bus as it hung over a cliff. Or so he thought. When he went back in to save Jabari, the bus went over the cliff. And that is the last we will ever see of him.

Diggs spoke with TV Line and shared with them why he decided to leave the show midway through the fifth season. “I was having a great time. It was just a feeling that I got [that I was ready to leave], and I just honored that feeling,” the actor said. “It was maybe mid-fourth season. I don’t even remember, to be honest, because the showrunner [Carroll] and myself are close. We’d been keeping in contact, so she had known, and we’d been talking. And we decided how to go about it, and storylines and whatnot, so it was all above board, and everyone was in the know.”

How do you feel about the heart of the show leaving? Will you still watch?

I believe we are going to see another great season of Ted Lasso
February 14th, 2023 under Apple TV+, Bill Lawrence. [ Comments: none ]

Apple TV+ just gave us a Valentine’s Day gift. That is because they announced that Ted Lasso’s 3rd season will debut on March 15th.

The streaming service also revealed what we can expect. In the 12-episode third season of “Ted Lasso,” the newly-promoted AFC Richmond faces ridicule as media predictions widely peg them as last in the Premier League and Nate (Nick Mohammed), now hailed as the “wonder kid,” has gone to work for Rupert (Anthony Head) at West Ham United. In the wake of Nate’s contentious departure from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) steps up as assistant coach, alongside Beard (Brendan Hunt). Meanwhile, while Ted (Jason Sudeikis) deals with pressures at work, he continues to wrestle with his own personal issues back home, Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) is focused on defeating Rupert and Keeley (Juno Temple) navigates being the boss of her own PR agency. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to give it their best shot anyway.

However, there is one thing they didn’t tell us. And that is if this will be the Emmy-winning show’s final season, as rumored. Hopefully, we will get a season 4 because I don’t want this series to end.

Jerry O’Connell is swimming in BBQ sauce!
February 14th, 2023 under Jerry O'Connell/Rebecca Romijn. [ Comments: none ]

Last week on The Talk, Jerry O’Connell and Akbar Gbaja-Biamila made a bet on who would win the Super Bowl. Jerry said if the Philadelphia Eagles win, then Akbar would have to get inside a large Philly cheesesteak sandwich. And the football player bet if the Kansas City Chiefs took home the trophy, then the actor would have to go swimming in barbeque sauce.

As we know, the Chiefs won. So Jerry stripped down to his KC Chiefs bathing suit and stepped into a pool of BBQ sauce as his co-host sang, “I want my Jerry back Jerry back Jerry back,” like the baby back ribs song. And now I am craving ribs!

Back to Jerry, he swam in that BBQ sauce like a pig in mud, so you know he is going to be finding the condiment in his cracks and crevasses for so many days.

And you have to give him credit for following through with the bet. Yes, they made it on national television, but he could’ve tried to get out of it.

Oh, and that is why actors shouldn’t bet former football players on the outcome of games; the latter knows more about the sport.
