Ryan Reynolds doesn’t say Merry Christmas anymore
November 8th, 2022 under Kathie Lee and Hoda, Mariah Carey, Will Ferrell. [ Comments: none ]

Ryan Reynolds is starring in this year’s most Spirited Christmas movies, but he doesn’t go around saying Merry Christmas anymore. Instead, he told Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush on Today that he says, “Mariah Carey and Happy New Year!”

You know what? I am going to do that too. It is politically correct and will piss off all of the fake Christians when I say it. So it is a win/win!

So, all I want for Christmas is to say Mariah Carey to you.

Before Chris Evans was saving people from villains as Captain America, he was trying to save the environment in Biodiversity: Wild About Life. Can you tell that the 16-year-old was going to become People’s Sexiest Man Alive from this 1997 video?

Would Weird Al Yankovic record a Prince parody now that he’s dead?
November 8th, 2022 under Drew Barrymore, Weird Al Yankovic. [ Comments: none ]

Most musicians would love to have Weird Al Yankovic parody their songs. But Prince was not one of them.

The singer tells Drew Barrymore on her show tomorrow, “He [Prince] just was very protective of his music and I can understand that but it was a bummer for me because I had what I thought were a lot of pretty good ideas.”

Some of the ideas he had were to give his unique take on When Doves Cry and 1999. But they were never meant to be.

Now that Prince is no longer with us, would Weird Al ask his estate if he could go crazy with the TAFKAP’s songs? Yankovic said, “I don’t want to do that because I’ve always respected the artists’ wishes, and Prince made his wishes pretty clear, so I still respect that.”

And that is why artists feel comfortable with Weird Al parodying his songs. Who doesn’t like him? Everyone loves him! Well, there is that one person we learned about in his biopic Weird: The Al Yankovic. Spoiler alert…

Whoopi Goldberg forces The View to go break over a heated argument
November 8th, 2022 under The View. [ Comments: none ]

I don’t know what it is about the Republicans that The View hires, but they always start arguments with the Democrats that make the show uncomfortable to watch.

There was Rosie O’Donnell and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Then there was Meghan McCain and everyone. And now there is Alyssa Farah Griffin.

Today, she and Sunny Hostin got into a heated argument over Griffin, saying, “I worry that some of the far left have become so negative in how they talk about the other party.”

Umm, which Republican spouse was attacked by someone with a hammer in the name of politics? I am waiting.

Anyways, that is when the two women got into a fight over something Hostin said last week. Hostin tried to explain where she was coming from, and Griffin kept interrupting her.

Whoopi Goldberg tried to get the ladies to calm down. But, when that didn’t work, she called for a break.

When they returned from the commercials, things were civil between the ladies. Let’s just hope we can say that tomorrow.

I am so scared for tomorrow, and that is the really sad state our country is in now.

Ryan Reynolds socks it to Jimmy Fallon
November 8th, 2022 under Jimmy Fallon, Ryan Reynolds. [ Comments: none ]

Ryan Reynolds and Jimmy Fallon hung out before the actor appeared on The Tonight Show yesterday, and they complimented each other. Well, maybe complimenting is not the right word. They ripped each other a new one. It got so bad; even Hugh Jackman was like play nice.

I actually like these segments because you see two nice guys be anything but. They say what we are thinking about them. Just joking. Or am I? I am! I think?
