Before Craig Ferguson did bits with Betty White on his former talk show The Late Late Show, the two of them starred together in Maybe This Time. He looks the same now as he did when he was 33 in that 1995 episode.
Thank you to Marie Osmond for posting this as a tribute to Cloris Leachman who guest-starred in this episode as Ferguson’s grandmother.
Katherine Heigl has spent the last four days doing press for Firefly Lane on Netflix, and some of her chores were ignored. However, now that she is done, it is time to go back to work.
No more bullsh!tting with the press; it is time to clean up the sh!t. Something that reminds her, “nothing is more humbling than cleaning up cat poop…well maybe dog poop…that’s pretty humbling too.”
I can’t argue with her. Dog poop is so much worse than cat’s doody, which is why I have a cat and not a dog.
Also, who else is shocked she doesn’t have people, like her husband, to do that for her?
Back in November, when the Recording Academy announced the Grammy noms, The Weeknd did not receive any. He took to social media and whined about it. He said it is because he opted to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show instead of music’s biggest night.
Now that the football game is a little over a week away, he is talking to Billboard about not getting any nominations this year. “I use a sucker punch as an analogy,” The Weeknd told them. “Because it just kind of hit me out of nowhere. I definitely felt…I felt things. I don’t know if it was sadness or anger. I think it was just confusion. I just wanted answers. Like, ‘What happened?’ We did everything right, I think. I’m not a cocky person. I’m not arrogant. People told me I was going to get nominated. The world told me. Like, ‘This is it; this is your year.’ We were all very confused.”
Even though he says he is not arrogant or cocky, he came off and is coming off that way. How many actors and musicians were told that they were shoe-ins for nominations and didn’t get it. Unlike him, they didn’t cry like babies when it didn’t happen.
The singer says he is over it, but he also says, “Look, I personally don’t care anymore.” Then he added, “I have three Grammys, which mean nothing to me now, obviously. It’s not like, ‘Oh, I want the Grammy!’ It’s just that this happened, and I’m down to get in front of the fire, as long as it never happens again.
“I suck at giving speeches anyways,” he continued. “Forget awards shows.”
And I say forget him. Between the advertisers pulling out of the Super Bowl and CBS choosing him to perform, I think I am going to skip the game this year. I can’t think of a reason to watch because, for me, those are the only two reasons to tune in.
Next year, Mighty Ducks turns 30. This year, it is getting a sequel series on Disney+ starring the original coach Emilio Estevez.
Mighty Ducks: Game Changers debuts on March 26th, and I think it will bring the franchise to a whole new generation of fans.
While I was not much into the movies, it looks this series will capture the feel of the franchise. I hope they can recapture what they had back in the ’90s.
Are you excited about it, or do you want to put it in the penalty box?
